I just like too say Chad Clark posts too fluff reviews about Battery world While I bought a battery for my Samsung phone about 8 months ago I was upset when my husband did a week later and got a six month warrenty. Glad he did cause his bat for same said phone was dead in 4 months, So he replaced it. now I have too do the same. The chinook one is nice clean and friendly but they have too hold your phone battery for a day in order too replace the battery if you make them replace it on warrenty. They never tell you that so I will.

Absolutely terrible. If I could give a 0 star review I would. My partner just took a watch in to have the battery replaced and the watch is completely ruined. The owner was dismissive and said "thats what happens" when he uses the vice. Totally unacceptable as it could have been used with a cloth or done by hand. He even still charged her for the battery! This was the only place I bought watch batteries for my large collection, but I will never shop here again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dealt with them many times, finally sick of it. Poorly run, awful staff. Rude and ignorant. They do not honor theyre guarantees. Pretty sure theyve sold me refurnished batteries several times.
