Hello! This is a response to Mr.Hirani. I am the gentleman you dealt with. I apologize for accidentally dropping your phone onto the counter. I was trying to open the phone to see what battery was inside so I could serve you better. There was no malicious intent. We both looked and saw there was no visable damage. You also failed to mention how you shouted profanity (F*** you) at our staff for not having your battery in stock. Multiple times. Swearing is not tolerable In any establishment. So before you base your opinion of our business on the previous comment, please read all of the other positive reviews. Thank you!

Dont waste your time. These guys are double the price of any competition and when you take them to task, they will just tell you to go spend your money elsewhere, now thats service! If you are doing a Google map search right now, take my advice, go spend your money elsewhere, turn and run, anywhere else is cheaper and better service. Canadian tire is half the price. How these guys are in business for this long with that level of service and crappy prices, I have no idea. Good luck, hope you make it through the next recession!

Needed a replacement battery for my home alarm. There was a miss communication on the phone as to what I needed. when I arrived from out of town to find they didnt have the battery. I took a picture of what I needed but had to bring in the old battery pack in, so a new one could be made. When returning they had made up the battery pack I needed and once they saw that it had the proper plug end I was out the door in minutes. Very impressed and happy with the service.

Do not come here. Staff is incredibly unprofessional. They even dropped my Samsung galaxy when they were opening the back case. Then staff member slide my phone face down on the counter causing a scratch. These guys do not care about your phone. Would not recommend going here.
