This is a great place to take my cars, because they are HONEST. They will not try to upsell or do any work that is not necessary. I have been going to them since just after they opened. The only negative is sometimes they are so busy that it is a wait to get a booking. But, let me stress that the reason they are busy is because they are HONEST and they are good at what they do.They also stand behind their work. Their rates are fair and lower than the dealership or Canadian tire.

I went to Back in the Saddle for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The work on my car was done competently and for a reasonable price. They also pinpointed and fixed an ongoing problem that I had not even mentioned, also for a reasonable rate. I chose Back In the Saddle because of the reviews I read on this site and am happy to add a positive review myself.

I have always been impressed by the service and value from BITS, the team are helpful and friendly. I was disappointed to see some 1-star reviews, as I really cant understand why someone would be unhappy with the service - if you are going to leave a negative review at least have the courtesy to put some context around it!

A great mechanic is very hard to come by. Gilles and his wife run a fantastic shop that I would encourage you to use because it is well worth the trip. He is honest, on time, does great work and is never over priced. I drive from South Calgary to Cochrane so that he can work on my car.

Great, speedy service. I received an honest assessment, and they fixed everything that needed to be fixed the same day. They also took care of some small issues they found while they were in there. I would definitely recommend them, and I will definitely go back for future service.

I always use Back in the Saddle as they are the most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with. They will not try and sell you anything you dont need and you can trust when they say you need to repair something. They also get you in and out in a timely fashion!

Went in to change tires and lower ball joints. Already had all the parts and wanted to know how much it would cost. Instead of giving me a quote they just went ahead and installed everything. Price was absurdly high! Very unprofessional on their part.

Awesome service. Fit me in by lunch and finished wheel bearing repairs the same day by 330pm. Had no problems with me bringing my own parts. Did not try to up sell me on anything else. Excellent experience, I will use them again in the future!
