I would personally give Antomaxx 0 stars if it were at all possible. They are very sneaky with thier wording and they lie through thier teeth. You picture a skeezy car salesman from the movies and you get Automaxx. Also if you are unable to get a loan yourself they will suggest a co signer and offer $1000 as an incentive to that cosigner, however they may make the cosigner the actual owner of the loan.Without telling ANYONE, sure you should see it at the top of the loan agreement if you read it however they will keep saying you are indeed the cosigner and even go as far as giving the person you cosigned for the bill of sale for the car and send you one in the mail as well.... how is that possible or legal?? Make sure if you sign anything they do not rush you , you sit down and read each and every word. **Warning** not only will they run your credit the typical couple times while finding a lender they will also run your credit again AFTER the deal is done, so will drop your credit score even more.They think this is okay because heck you are now paying for a car so that will raise it back up right?... But WHY do it after the deal has already gone through? Make sure to save all text messages and demand paperwork on everything.

These guys are great. I have crappy credit and they got me approved within a couple of days. I have had a wonderful experience dealing with them. They work with your budget and what you can afford every couple weeks. We did everything over text massaging as I work overnights and they even drive my vehicle to my place in Edmonton all the way from Calgary. They delivery driver was awesome and Mike the guy that was helping me purchase the vehicle was awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have also told a couple of my friends about my experience and are thinking about dealing with these guys.

Really solid team at Automaxx. Ive only dealt with the Mcknight blvd location but everytime Ive walked in, everyone seems to be very close and treat their customers the same way they treat eachother! Its obvious that the people who work there love what they do and are passionate about the industry. I think thats very important because those are the type of sales people that will go that extra mile to find you what you want, rather than simply convincing you to buy something in their inventory just to make a sale. I love my 2015 Charger and im happy I went through Automaxx to get it!

I just wantedto let Calgary know how easy and friendly the staff at Automaxx are to get along work with in finding a great vehicle. I had a truck which had the engine completely seize and required a brand new one put in which i couldnt afford out of pocket. Within days Alisa and Dennis Reed had me in a great vehicle that i am so ever grateful and happy to be in. This is my second vehicle bought thru Automaxx and will certainly keep using them. I have also let people know how they have helped me and will without hesitation reccomend them towards a vehicle purchase there.

I am so happy to have found Jade Siffledeen to help me with my car. She explained everything so thoroughly. Jade was persistent in such a pleasant way. I was there just to see what kind of cars would fall within my budget. I asked for some time but the salesman just got upset and went inside without saying anything to me. This is very rude behaviour. I cannot make a decision to buy within 5 minutes when I did not like very much what I saw. I will not go there again. Whatever happened to treating your customer well. No one likes being pushed to buying a product. Very poor salesmanship.

When I went to make an offer on a vehicle I felt very pressured by the salesman and the staff/management. They lure you in with flashy cars show cars on the lot, and were nice until it came down to negotiating a fair price, then I felt pressured, they would not budge the little I was asking and pushed me for more. The salesman was angry and just walked away when I would not accept their terms.

Just took delivery of a Mazda 3 last week. Rob was super easy to deal with and made the process quick and simple. Gino in the finance office explained everything well and made the experience good. Researched around and found the price I paid to be very fair for the vehicle I chose. Would definatly recomend Automaxx if you are looking for an easy hassel free car buying experience.
