I brought my car in to have the belts changed. I had previously purchased a belt from another supplier. When I arrived, they took off the old belts and showed me how my new one was too big (about 3" too long!) and fixed me with the right belts. I enjoy that Dan took the time to show me, rather than just letting me take his word for it. He also went over other things with me that I needed done, showing me in the process and talking it through with me so I could see for myself and be fully aware of what it was my car needed. This kind of hospitality is rare these days, and the prices are great! At no point was there ever a concern about being gouged with the final price tag. Dan is a joy to be around. You can tell that he loves what he does, and I will certainly be looking to take my car in again.

So Dan of Auto Masters has been fantastic. He doesnt leave anything as a "take my word for it", but shows you the damage that was repaired before you leave with your fixed-up car. Of course, people are often skeptical when they get a phone call from the mechanic saying "Well, this part is going, so were going to have to replace it." Dan alleviates any skepticism by making sure that he shows me and explains to me what went wrong and why the car was malfunctioning. I, not being a car person, greatly appreciate the openness and thoughtfulness of Auto Masters and am very glad that I tried them out. Note: just arrived prepared to wait up to half an hour after they "open" for someone to actually arrive ;)

Dan would never do something to your car that is not needed, he is a very honest mechanic. Dan always impresses me with his knowledge, his trouble shooting and problem solving. Auto Masters has worked on our vehicles for years. Its hard to find an honest mechanic, and we keep coming back because we have found one. They talk to you clearly about the work they are doing, make practical suggestions (not just the most expensive), and do solid work. No complaints here. This is what a mechanic service should be. I need my vehicles to work.

Honest shop! Quoted price was the same as the final bill. Dan also recommended a couple repairs that I knew were needed (he fixed during same appointment) so I am not worried about going back in the future. I definitely recommend getting your car fixed here.
