I was very disappointed with the service I received from Ambassador Limousine. The driver was 20 minutes late for my scheduled pick up at 05:30. When I called to speak to a representative I was put on hold and waited to be connected to a representative as no one was in the office. Apparently the call is forwarded to the appropriate agent who happened to be sleeping and quite rude to advise me on the location of my vehicle. To top it all off the driver than begin speeding to get me to the airport on time so that he could make his next pick up. A few days later I called to speak to a manager (Karry) who heard my story but had no compassion and told me to contact a better business bureau. Still on the line before he had completely hung up he yelled b*&^% which then answered my question I would not have my horrible 85.00 dollar ride neither reduced nor compensated to me at all. I will never use this company again. NOT HAPPY!

Very clean and on time service. When my car for my send order was unable to come due to an accident, he called me hotel to notify me and the customer service reached out to me to pay my cab receipt for the inconvenience. Above and beyond service, I would highly recommend.

I specifically reserved a Lincoln Town Car for my wedding night to pick myself and my bride up at the reception site and to take us to the hotel. The driver showed up in a minivan. Not the most romantic of vehicles.

I took a limo to the Gate and everything was great. The car was clean and the chauffeur was friendly. He opened the door for everyone and didnt mind making an extra pick up.
