Landed in Calgary and was approached by a gentleman offering a limousine ride at a flat rate. I told him where I was headed and he showed me on a sign that the flat rate for my ride would be $38.40. I agreed to the price and got in the car. After pulling away from the terminal the driver asked where I was going and I told him. He replied with "oh, that will cost more." I asked why, since I was told it was a flat rate, and he didnt answer me. Instead he tried to change the subject and asked how my flight was. I asked him again why the rate was suddenly different and he told me that it was now going to be "42 or 43 dollars." I asked again why I was told it was a flat rate if it could suddenly change, and was once again ignored. By this point we were on Deerfoot so I gave up my questioning. When we arrived at my destination, the driver was nice enough to only charge me $40. I hope the extra $1.60 was worth it, bud.

Horrible service, was booked for 4:26PM and the shuttle never showed. I called them, and they told me we booked it for 4:26AM and WE were a no show. I told them I have their confirmation email and it clearly shows PM as I stated. They then blamed it on the employee who put the information in, they selected AM mistakenly. Their offer to rectify the situation, was they will try and have someone pick us up in about 15 minutes, but couldnt promise it. Couldnt promise it? Were we expected to wait and HOPE they show up? And HOPE we dont miss our flight? We ended up spending more on a taxi, and after arriving at the airport, I spoke with a young guy at the counter who told me there was nothing they can do, and if I want to complain, to call "Cam" and gave me a business card. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple extra dollars for reliability and customer service, because this company has neither.

I strongly agree with jpowens review. Talking to these guys on the phone is just plain exhausting. My experience was that, I kept being interrupted by the lady on the phone, before I can provide her with an accurate pick up address, just as she asked me to do so. In the end, the lady hung up on me, before I even said anything in the entire conversation. Someone that is reading this might think that I am over-exaggerating, but I am not at all. I am not sure if all customer service representatives are like the lady I talked to on the phone, but I must say that Customer Service was not pleasant at all. Also, Associated Limousine and Allied Limousine & Sedan services, are the same company. Dont be fooled. I wouldnt waste another second on this company any more.

Airport shuttle was 30 minutes late. Just when we thought we were leaving town dispatch threw another pick up in but on the west end of downtown. So we double back through rush hour traffic to add a further 20 minute delay, now totally 50 minutes!. Regular customer in the shuttle said they do this frequently especially when they are late picking up. Dispatch on the radio tells driver to better hurry to get us to airport. So driver drives dangerously and taking lots of risks stressing himself and the customers. We arrive late and stressed the airport. I missed my flight. Thanks Allied for passing your problems onto your customers! Previously they forgot to pick me up three times!

After traveling 8 hours with a 9 month old, I did not need to be publicly berated (over the fact that we hadnt paid with a half hour before the shuttle left because my husband went to get a bite to eat) by the woman behind the booth. She turned to a group of customers and insinuated that we were somehow the problem when all I had done was sit and wait in the chairs across from the booth. Read the reviews, 3 out of 4 comment on her bad attitude. Cams response to everyone who mentions it explains why she feels entitled to speak to customers the way she does. Stay away, especially if you have small children and need a bit of compassion after a long day.

I used Allied for round trip service at the Calgary airport. The ride to my hotel went fine and the return ride to the airport went smoothly. The driver was on time for my return to the Airport, in fact he was a few minutes early. The representative, a female , at the help desk is not the friendliest, I assumed it was her personality. Otherwise the drivers were friendly and exude good customer service.

They forgot us !!!! Had to call an UBER. They said we can be there in 20-30 min which means I would miss my flight. They didnt offer any explanation other than not sure why it didnt show up on my screen. Horrible service!!! They didnt try to make it right infact guy hung up on me as I was talking absolutely ridiculous. Car service no car no service what a joke!

The lady at the reservation desk was friendly and helpful. As it was not busy at the time, she took a moment to welcome me to Calgary. Having employees at the front desk who represent a company in such a positive manner is a great first impression. The van was clean and the driver drove safely. A little step-stool for seniors would have been helpful.

We have been using this service to and from the airport for years. They have always been on time and all the drivers have been awesome. Dispatch is amazing. They are friendly and our reservation is always correct and done very quickly.We always choose Allied. Vehicles are well maintained and always clean. Keep up the good work!! Brianna and Justin

We have used Allied Limo many times. The drivers have always been on time and the cars have always been clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future. We had an emergency once and had to change our return time. Not only did they help us with the changes, they made it so easy. Two thumbs up.

These guys are a joke. They are scam artists and will intentionally take you through the most congested areas of the city in order to keep you in the car for the longest possible time. Do not be fooled by their flat rate police... you will be stuck in rush hour traffic unnecessarily

I use these guys about once a month for airport deliveries - never had a problem. Always on time, drivers are friendly enough, consistent pricing. Dispatch is efficient, and once I give them my name they remember pickup address etc. no complaints.

Talking to these guys on the phone is like talking to a caricature of a grumpy cab dispatch; surly, lazy and unhelpful. 3 calls, 3 different people and yet 3 very similar and unpleasant experiences.
