Stay away from this places they dont stand behind there work. Had my truck in to have the box repaired in 2010. When I got the truck back it look good. Went to take the cans in for recycling a few days later opened up the back of my truck up and there were car parts from outher repair jobs be done in the shop left there. Manager at the time was rude and disrespectful to deal with. They also missed cutting off some tabs at the bottom of the new fender. Took it back in 10 minutes later it was ready for me. Amazing how fast they can fix something with those zip desk on a grinder and some spray paint poor workmanship id say. Fast forward to 2017 fender of the truck is starting to rust out take it in for them to have a look they said no problem Theyed do some investigating and probably have it repaired for me pretty quick.Drop the truck off couple hours later they call saying that they cannot warrantee the work because there is spray paint over the original paint.I agreed that I had spray paint rock cips when they would happen but cant understand why they wont warranty the paint blistering and starting to bleed rust through. Ive gone to my insurance company with my complaints and hopefully get a resolution my advice to anybody is stay away from this place Poor customer service poor workmanship all-around bad environment.

It is absolutely stunning how poorly run this "Establishment" is. Collision repair aside (which was great the 3rd time around) lets talk about the staff. The only people who had any idea , or were polite for that matter, were reception. Some hot-shot , who must be in his mid 20s (I wont give out his name) was trying to play manager and was telling me how bodywork works. Look, Im actually not a picky guy, however the first two times times I had body done, they promised me an x amount of days. When day X had arrived I hadnt received a phone call. I called the next day, they said they would call me back, which they did two days later. Parts hadnt arrived from THE DEALERSHIP DOWN THE STREET?? Does that make sense? No. when I had finally got my vehicle (2 1/2 weeks later) The Bumper and fender were at least 5 shades lighter then the actually colour of the car. I drive a 2010 ford edge. New Car, Not hard to mess up the colour. Came back, was greeted by great attitude , but poor management service again. This happened a second time, except I was greeted by a new manager? Seems like a shady revolving door if you ask me. The only reason I even clicked a 1 star was the fantastic detail job I had. No sarcasm actually, The detail was awesome. Stay away at all cost!!!!

Where do I start, Took my 2015 F150 in for hail damage repair $12k repair, picked up vehicle 4 weeks later found that the new roof was misaligned rain gutters were finger painted in looks more like a popcorn ceiling coating was applied, new paint was contaminated, new scratches, blended paint and top coats (against Ford OEM repair procedure) buffer swirl marks all over the panels (Metallic Black), dings still visible, interior was full of drilled out aluminum welds and dust, no protection afforded to the interior, extra bolts and broken trim pieces found rolling around inside the truck. Assessor came out and couldnt believe what he saw. I would steer clear of this outfit unless you can tolerate a very low standard of repair.

Created more problems than they fixed, claimed to repair an issue and failed to do so, lack of quality assurance/control, and lack of any sort of quality of work with respect to returning car to original condition. Car was returned with misaligned hood where they claimed they could realign, trunk liner was ripped in multiple places and had to wait weeks before it was replaced (they also said they would notify me multiple times as soon as the part was received but never did, clear coat of paint has new swirl marks everywhere, rear defroster fails to activate after their work was done, molding of front and rear windows not installed properly. Would not recommend this body shop to anyone.

After recently having my car vandlized, I took my car to All Makes Collission Centre for an estimate. Right from the minute I called to book an appointment to picking the car up, the service was amazing. Staff were very welcoming, easy to talk to, and great communicators to ensure I understood each and every process. They are a company that is customer focus and understand the importance of great service. I will never go anywhere else to get any futur work done and I highly recommend this collision centre to everyone in Southern Alberta. My experience with All Makes was above and beyond my expectations. Gerrard primarily helped me out and his customer service skills were amazing. I have been battling a long insurance claim and since my Jeep was dropped off at Woodridge All Makes things have been running much smoother. Gerrard called me every few days to keep me updated on the status of my Jeep and was very clear about the work they had been doing to it. Any repairs/body work I will 100% be back. Dont go anywhere else - these are your guys!!!

I took my car in to have the front bumper repaired after an accident, only to find damage to the back of the car when picking it up. My car is silver, and there were bright yellow coloured scratches on the side of the rear bumper. After showing them the pictures they sent us from the estimate with no damage, they agreed to fix it; however they did the bare minimum. It looks as if they just painted over the damage and didnt do any prep at all, and its already starting to come off.

I took my truck to All Makes to have a small accident repaired. The original estimate I was quoted was a 3 week repair from the time parts arrived. In just two weeks my truck was fully repaired and I must say, it looks flawless. The staff gave me constant updates on the progress of their work. I would definitely recommend All Makes Collision to anybody I know for quick and painless repairs. Thanks to Gerard, Terrance and the entire All Makes Team! Job well done!

I have recently had to have three vehicles repaired and have taken all three to All Makes. All of the repairs were completed quickly and professionally. Two of the vehicles were service vehicles that had sustained major damage and down time was critical to me so Jackie communicated with me every step of the way (even had someone else conact me while she was off sick!) while handling everything with the insurance company.

Amazing customer service and amazing quality of work. The staff went above and beyond with my vehicle. Taking care of an issue with my rental vehicle and a nail in my tire. And they didnt have to deal with any of this I would definitely recommend them and am extremely happy with everything they did to repair my vehicle. Thank you All makes!!!

I had a repair done recently and they had me in and out in 2 days. Awesome color match to a unique burnt orange on my Mazda6. They even washed the car and vacuumed the inside as well - was so sparkly I hardly recognized my car! :) Great job guys and special thanks to Gerard Leclerc for making the experience so painless!
