I ended up having a dilemma with my car and was about to go on holidays to BC. I phoned Victor and he was able to get me in on short notice and went over everything with me. I was very happy with his service and he gave me a fair discount on the service when I had the rear brakes replaced on my vehicle. He also noted that the tires were low on tread and the struts and strut bearings will need to be replaced. It looks like I will be paying him another visit in the not too distant future. His quotes and prices are fair and he will actually show you what the problem is and give you his honest opinion on what to do. The shop rate is also a fair bit lower than the dealership rates too. He also noted that the personnel at brake check did not tighten the passenger side rear tire on the vehicle which saved me from a potential disaster on the highway. I would go here over brake check any day any time. They even show you they are looking after your vehicle which is what brake check failed to do. I was frustrated but not at Victor but at brake check because they should know better than to make a grave mistake like that. Victor has the right business attitude that to gain business and customer satisfaction, you have to spend some cash in order to get a lot more back along with customer satisfaction/loyalty. Looking forward to doing more business with him in the future. Victor is definitely an asset to the mechanic shop.and through his work and his crews work, your car will be an asset to you and never a liability.

HONEST doesnt begin to say what this shop represents, Victor and Brian will do there utmost to serve you well , some shops will say you need 4 struts for example when really only one is needed these will tell you that and give you your best options, others you go in for one thing you come out with a whole list of stuff that needs fixing (crap tire) if you need other things they will tell you put it in priority for you even try and save you money buy suggesting pick n pill for cheaper parts if you get a quote for auto repairs i suggest check with Victor and Brian for a second opinion even get a third opinion you will save 40% they will put customer loyalty ahead of profits

I think there is a sigma attached to mechanics that they "rip people off" and a big part of that is that the consumer is not really knowledgeable enough about how their vehicle operates to know better. My father was a mechanic and now retired. I have been taking my van to Brar and Victor for a few years now. They are wonderful people! Very honest, EXTREMELY reasonable given the normal hourly rate of mechanics (especially at dealerships), and my van has always been fixed very fast so I am not inconvenienced by it being in the shop. I have never once had issue with anything they have fixed for myself or my husband. I would HIGHLY recommend their services!!

I want to thank Victor for the wonderful customer service experience I received from Alberta Auto Sales & Repairs. My Toyota Yaris was producing a grinding sound from the front drivers side. Victor and his crew left no stone unturned in trying to ascertain what was causing the grinding sound. They correctly analyzed the issue and only replaced parts that were visibly worn out. I was very impressed by the professional manner in which Victor resolve this issue and would not hesitate to recommend his shop to friends, family and business colleagues.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Victor and Harkanwal for over 10 years. They are friendly and really care about looking after you. They are excellent mechanics, and have treated me and my vehicles very well. I have referred many others to them as well. They are very reasonable and will save you money on repairs. They provided a loaner car while my vehicles were being repaired. I have nothing to say but good things about there service. They treat you like family.
