I got a letter in the mail last week regarding a recall for a part in my vehicle. I contacted Honda airdrie since they are the closest location. I inquired about the part and they confirmed it was in stock. From there I took a day off to bring my vehicle in. I was not pleased with dealership from the moment I pulled up to the service door. I waited a couple minutes in front of the door and nothing happened. I figured Id I have to go inside. Got out of my vehicle and then the door opens. Got back into my vehicle, and pulled forward with no one to greet me, unsure of where to go. There was a vehicle in front of me so I pulled up behind it and still no one to speak to. So I again got out of my vehicle, no one still to greet me I walked up to the nearest desk. As I was walking towards it, the vehicle in front of me moved. Finally someone approached me and said theyd take my keys and move it forward. Nothing like do you have an appointment or anything. Took my keys and pulled it forward. From there she came back to her desk and inquired why I was there. I told her I had an appointment at 10 am and she confirmed my appointment. Since I was coming in for the recall I mentioned to them as well to do our wheel alignment. I know weve had issues with our vehicle, but I came for two specific things. From there they ordered me a shuttle, the driver was pleasant, very kind and drove me straight home. They initially told me the job would be about 3 hours. So I figured by 1 everything would be done. I got a call at 3pm advising me they did not do the wheel alignment and they were going to charge me for an inspection instead. After wasting a whole day, I get a phone call informing me, one they didnt do what I asked of them, two they decided to check my vehicle (which I am grateful for) but end up charging me for something they did not even confirm with me before doing. Id understand if I initially was informed you will get charged for an inspection before doing your wheel alignment, but no i did not get any call to advise me this information. I got picked up from the shuttle again a great pleasant experience and from there waited at the service desk to speak with someone. They had a bit of line up which is understandable, when i got to my turn they told me they again did not do the wheel alignment as there were pressing concerns with my vehicle. I understand that there was other concerns however i came in thinking i was paying for my wheel alignment and getting a recall done. I come out 6 hours later with a service check on my vehicle. Wasting a day off from work and not being told any of this information until when Im going to pay for the service that i did not confirm i would pay for. I inquired about the recall and find out they did not even do it. They said they didnt have the part. After again calling last week inquiring that they had the part ins stock. I took a day off to get this done and still not taken care of. Its very upsetting of the poor service that i was given. Its like they just expected me to pay for it even though they did not confirm with me. I would not go back to this location when it comes to service felt like they just want my money.

I like them because they care about customer satisfaction and they owned their mistake! I bought a 2016 used Odyssey from Airdrie honda around February 2017. Car looked great. I reviewed the car proof that they provided to me and I trusted them that they have done all the inspections (which they did for most part), so didnt do my due diligence when picking up the car (my bad!). We picked up the car in a rush as I wanted to make it back home on-time and get the winter tires installed on the car the same night, so we did not wait for the tech to show us how all the bells and whistles work. After a couple of weeks, I got time to set the memory seat and realized it is not working. Contacted them and they asked me to bring in the car. Meanwhile, I got a chance to think about why the memory seat is not working and suspected that the door might have been repaired. After a simple inspection, I found paint sprayed on a piece of foam near the hinge. I called the dealership and discussed it with the sales manager. He then referred me to the General Manager Jason. Jason listened to my concerns and explained that since the car proof was clear the day they showed it to me they are not responsible for any problem (which I checked with AMVEC and they confirmed this interpretation); nevertheless, he sent the car to an independent body shop for inspection. The body shop confirmed that the car had an accident and that the driver side corner and door was replaced and the sliding backdoor was painted over. A new carproof showed that there was an insurance claim on the car that did not show up on the first carproof which was pulled a couple of weeks after the accident. It looked like the previous owner quickly fixed the car and sold to Honda and did not disclose the accident. As the general manager of the dealership, Jason took the responsibility and accepted my offer to take the car back with a fair adjustment for the 4 months that I used the car. He then offered me a deal on a brand new 2017 Odyssey which I accepted and ended up trading the old Van for this one. Overall, Jason handled the matter with professionalism and respect. He was very helpful to the last minute and made sure we have received the car and have been helped with the delivery. I also had the chance to work with the service manager Ziad, which was absolutely helpful. So, in summary, Airdrie Honda managed to turn a bad situation to a great experience for us!

Very disappointed in my sales purchase experience. I had to wait for the sales representative I had spoken to be free. They did bring the vehicle around for me to look at, but wouldnt let me take it for a spin while my sales rep was busy with other customers. They made a guy with a severe back injury stand around and wait :) Not a problem at other dealers. They take your license copy, give you a plate and talk to you at the end of your drive. Was not told that there was only one key FOB. Found out there was only one when we showed up to get the vehicle. They had ordered one from Acura, but it wasnt ready yet. Now I have to drive one hour out of my way (recovering from a spinal fusion) because they dont want to pay less then 5 dollars in postage. I told them I would purchase the vehicle if they knocked off a very reasonable amount of money and provided me with Acura All- Season mats. They came back with a reduction in the interest rate for financing. I felt like they should have offered me their best interest rate right off the go given my superior credit history. I accepted the offer (because I was in pain and just wanted to get out of there). Lower interest rate and Acura rubber floor mats. Good enough! On delivery>>> NO ACURA FLOOR MATS!! They arent ordering them either because it would require a small amount of work/ effort and cut into their profit margain. We were asked if an 11am delivery appointment would work. We agreed. Then they told us that things would be very slow because they accidentally double booked and tried to make us feel bad about their administrative error. Here is a thought>>> Dont double book! Now my wife is calling me and telling me that Nissan will not discharge the loan because Honda cant be trusted to pay off car loans. So we have to continue to make payments on a car that Airdrie Honda owns. Unbelievable. ***Please note score increased from 1 star to 3 stars. They did drive to my home, take my vehicle, drive it to Airdrie, program the Acura key and brought it back to me.
