Terrible dealership. If you want to get ripped off and lose a LOT of $$$ this is the place for you! I went in over the weekend to look at a new Cherokee. Slightly disappointed with the power even in the V6 but decided it would be adequate. Nobody available to do an appraisal on my 2011 Chrysler 200 that I wanted to trade in. Our salesman Jim Prizeman asked us to return for the appraisal at a later date. I drove back to Airdrie (from Calgary) 2 days later with the car I wanted to trade in. Thats where everything went sideways. After waiting almost an hour for the appraisal process (the test drive took 15 minutes and Jim came along with us telling us where we can and cant go no Highway allowed too worried about the windshield). After the waiting I was insulted and overwhelmed by their greed! 2011 Chrysler 200 trade offered was $4000. I cant find a Chrysler 200 for less than $9000 anyplace in Canada dealer or private sale. The GM dealership next door has a 2011 Chrysler 200 they are asking $18,850 for. Canadian Black Book says Trade in Value is Low=$5025 High=$7110. Canadian Black Book says Average Asking Price=$10,664 Average KM=70,001. Actual sold vehicles from CBB all 2011s 190,000km=$6500 105,000km=$7,800 88,000km=$9,795 81,000km=$10,987 80,000km=$11,995 These are all actual final sale prices. Given that these vehicles sold for what they did I feel that the Low=$5025 and High=$7110 that Canadian Black Book quotes seems right in line with the market values realized. Airdrie Dodge is TOTALLY OUT TO LUNCH if they think Im going to trade in a vehicle that easily sells for $8000-$10000 for $4000. They said they have this "software" that evaluates and gives prices for our market. Jim said the rental companies are dumping lots of these on the market and driving the price down. Hmmmm, I guess only the rental companies right around Airdrie bought 200s then as other dealerships seem to value this vehicle grossly higher than Airdrie Dodge. The worst thing was at the end when I grabbed the paperwork (trade in quotes and photocopy of MY registration) and Jim said I cant take those, and rudely/forcibly snatched then out of my hand. What do you mean I cant take these I said. Its a photocopy of MY registration and trade in details of MY car. Thats MY personal information. I snatched the paperwork right back from Jim and said Yeah, what are you gonna do about it, as I walked out the door! I realized then WHY Jim really didnt want my to have the paperwork The complete insult of a totally lowball offer is memorialized there. I have on paper the actual proof of just how greedy and cheap this dealership is. Why else would he care if I took it? Its all my info! If I was happy with the numbers and said I just want to take this home and show my wife Im sure they would have no problem with that. This was a waste of time, very same day I made an appointment with Raj at Crowfoot Chrysler and they gave me an appraisal of $6500 on the exact same trade in to purchase the exact same Cherokee, only difference was that Crowfoot had the exact color I wanted (Airdrie didnt have stock on my favorite color). Make the drive to Calgary, more dealerships!!! These guys are the only Chrysler in town in Airdrie and they sure act like they know it! WORST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY !!! I now wouldnt buy a vehicle here even if there wasnt a trade involved. They care only about the bottom line $$$ and are more than willing to pay you less than HALF of what your car is worth. STAY AWAY FROM AIRDRIE DOGDE....RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!

THIS DEALERSHIP IS TERRIBLE. They have no respect for female truck owners at all. I have to go in with my boyfriend to get any amount of decent service. Which is garbage as I am the owner of a 09 Dodge Laramie. Ive been to them a couple times and every time its been garbage. I have gone in looking for a part for my truck. I went to the parts department where the girl behind the desk was useless and even admitted that she knew nothing about parts. WHY WOULD YOU BE WORKING IN THAT DEPARTMENT THEN. I then went to the service department and tried to explain the problem I was having to see if he agreed and they rudely interrupted me and would not listen to what I had to say and told me that the only answer was to bring it in. An other time I went in, thinking I should give them an other chance, they helped every male costumer before me. Including ones they had to walk right passed to get to because they came in after me. Finally when I was the only costumer left they offered me some assistance. They replaced my front drive shafts, even though its a U-joint problem and did not replace the U-joints as well as did an oil change. When I went in to pick my truck up the oil change light was still on my dash because they never erased the code as well as my steering was loose. I could wiggle my steering wheel from side to side and it would not more the tires unless I really cranked it over. I brought it back and they had a mechanic come out and take a peek. Right away he said it need to go in and up on the lift. 30 mins. later they returned my truck and said there was nothing wrong with it, but obviously they did something as the loose steering wasnt a problem anymore and the mechanic after looking at it got it in right away. WHY LIE ABOUT IT. If there was a mistake made they should have owned up to it. Not a great way to earn trust from a costumer. On top of all that bullshit the original problem is still a problem, if not more of one now. Spent $1500 for nothing. One of my friends just had theyre truck in at Airdrie Dodge and when they returned it to him there was damage to the outside which wasnt there when he dropped it off and they refused to fix. He as well has more problems now then he did before he even brought it in. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND AIRDRIE DODGE TO ANYONE! They also refuse to look into or deal with any of the recalls on my truck. Which Im not a 100% sure but I think that maybe illegal as it puts my safety at a huge risk. (Airbags and front end steering linkage) They are so terrible they are honestly making me considering getting rid of my Dodge trucks and buying a Ford. That would mean selling 3 dodge trucks. (2 laramies and a SRT 10) I will also be writing a letter to Dodge Canada, letting them know how terrible this place is, especially if you are a female.

Last week my girlfriend had borrowed my car and ended up getting into an accident at her work parking lot. Ive been a long time driver and never had collision coverage on my vehicles...sure enough my car had over 8000$ worth of damage, and just like that I was out a car and needed to quickly find a solution. I went to several dealerships in Calgary and had terrible experiences with sales workers who did not "have the time" to sit down and discuss costs and possibilities when it came to me purchasing another car. Fortunately I came across some vehicles listed at Airdrie Chrysler Dodge & Jeep. I took the long drive out (as I live deep south west in Calgary) and I am very grateful that I did. As soon as I entered the dealership I was greeted by Jeremy and was later connected with TG Pawlak. TG talked to me about my situation and my price range. I had a couple vehicles in mind and TG was quick to grab the keys and said "lets take em for a drive". Without a question TG took the time to test drive these vehicles with me, talk about the pros and cons of each vehicle, and was very respectable and honest. TG was, bottom line, great to work with. We talked about our families, work, and cars. There was no pressure or forcefulness that you sometimes get with sales workers. In the end I decided to purchase a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Once I made my decision TG sat down with me and went over the CarProof paperwork and explained the dealerships lifetime engine warranty and also explained the extended warranty. I unfortunately could not afford the extended warranty, but TG was quick to say that if anything were to happen to car in the next little while to call him directly and he would see what can be done through the dealership. TG even provided me his cell number just in case. I felt confident in my decision and purchase. I definitely was not purchasing a 60,000$ vehicle, but TG still treated me as such. He took the time to just talk to me and treat me like a human being who has just gone through a rough week of losing a car and having to make an unplanned purchase. Needless to say, I would recommend anyone in Calgary or nearby, to take the trip to Airdrie Chrysler Dodge & Jeep. They have amazing staff and stand behind the vehicles they sell. Not to mention there are no hidden fees or costs! Just the cost of the car + taxes. Thank you TG for making my tough situation a hell of a lot easier. Ill definitely be spreading the word and will come and see you a little further down the road when Im in need of a new car.
