THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! I have had this body shop repair a couple of vehicles over the past few years. Everything was fine until one of the repairs they did for me started falling apart. It was an insurance repair (just over two years old) so when I discovered that it was deteriorating, I went to see Rick (the owner of Airdrie Autobody) with my concerns. He looked me in the eye, shook my hand, and said "dont worry, I wont leave you hanging". So Airdrie Autobody gets together with Intact and they decide there is nothing they can do for me. Instead of taking any responsibility they point their finger at GM saying the metal they use these days is like pop cans! Meanwhile, the other side of my truck that is original shows virtually perfect but the side they repaired is pushing rust through the paint job! Then Rick starts avoiding my phone calls and ignoring my messages. So I went in to see him in person and when I was waiting for him I witnessed another customer at the front counter complaining about a previous repair. Before you get a repair done at this place, ask yourself if you expect the repair to last more than two or three years? Ill never walk through their door again and will recommend to my friends and family that they follow suit.

Ive used this service before and was struck by their friendly and efficient attitude and when I went back today I was shown the waiting room where they had a Kureig coffee maker and for cups we were given some really nice travel mugs for the road as well as little bags of cookies, chocolate chip no less! Much better than the key fob that I got last time. Enough of the niceties, my car was estimated promptly and then I was asked to please ask any questions that I might have on the estimate. He also made sure that I was set up with the rental car Id be needing while my repairs were being done. Enterprise car and truck rentals is situated right next door and Ive been given top notch service from them each time. Hoorah for CSN Airdrie Auto body

Had absolutely awesome experience with Airdrie Autobody. After my first collision, my insurance company sent me to them for an estimate and they were absolutely great. They made the entire process from estimate, to booking to repair and pick up easy. I was overwhelmed and amazed when I picked up my beloved Jeep and it was looking brand new. They cared for my Jeep like I do. Thank you to the two reception ladies who were very sweet and waited for a few extra minutes for me to arrive after work to pick up my vehicle. Thank you to Peter and Dan for explaining both the estimate and the finished repairs.... You all show amazing customer service. You made a stressful situation better and I truly appreciate that. I recently had to have my new truck in for repairs after a massive hail storm in Airdrie. My truck hadnt even had its first oil change. Its a bit scary of an experience to trust your new vehicle to a body shop you havent dealt with before. Airdrie Autobody exceeded my expectations. Everything from taking care of my Insurance claim, to repairing items that the Insurance adjuster missed, from the professionalism of their staff, to the exceptional quality of their repairs! And their work was done faster than they had told me, and the vehicle came back spotless inside and out. Fantastic work!

Some years ago I needed 2 very small dents (size of a loonie each) hammered out of rolled piece of metal for a vintage car so I could paint the metal piece. The piece wasnt rusted just 2 little dents. They called it "restoration" ? and refused to hammer - dolly the piece of metal .... - you call yourself a body shop - please! I know the difference and the definition of a true bodyman and bodyshop. I wouldnt set foot on these premises and I definitely wouldnt recommend.

June 2015 dealt with Dan. He was 45 minutes late for my appointment. Requested a quote on one small paint scuff (2" x 1/16") with no cracking, to front bumper. Requested him to ignore all rockchip damage and just quote small scuff to rebutt a fraudulent insurance claim. I was quoted 850 to replace bumper, insurance company convinced damage was worse than I stated. More than 45 minutes late. Doesnt listen to instructions. Stay away.
