I saw a vehicle I liked on the website and had a prompt response from Faisal. After a visit and test drive I was buying the car. I really appreciated how up front Faisal was regarding any questions I had...after market warranty, admin fees, etc. This is a small shop and a busy one but I found I was given the best customer service possible. I would go back to purchase another vehicle in the future.

A few days ago, I was at the Auto House Sunridge dealership and I must say, their service was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was super friendly, and they knew exactly what they were doing, especially Faisal. He went out of his way to get me a better deal. Auto House Sunridge is an awesome place to deal with, I would highly recommend.

Would have left -1 starts if I could. Horrible service. We were waiting to get numbers for a vehicle when whoever served us just left off with different customers without saying a word. Learn some manners when dealing with the public! All I can say is you lost a CASH sale today, but I guess its ok when you dont want $20,000...
