It was a cold dark march night in Calgary and i found my self at the local pub watching the flames and eating wings. The waitress sparked a conversation with me about cars and was very excited to hear i owned a WRX. Things progressed and i allowed her to take it for a drive one day when i wasnt with her. Well that was a bad idea. She hit a curb taking a corner at 60 km/h. Front right suspension and wheel were destroyed along with engine cradle and some body damage too. I called affordable and explained my situation and they sent me the parts for a very good price. Once the vehicle was repaired and on the road i decided to give the girl another chance. We were coming home from a shopping trip at Wal Mart when i noticed she was giving me that look when girls need a little attention. What better way to get her attention then some drifting in the snow through the parking lot. Well the snow had covered a cement island in the parking lot and i drifted right over it. I found my self again needing right front suspension parts and a rim. Well who better to call then affordable. I explained what happened and the gentlemen was very sympathetic and again supplied the parts at an even better price this time!! sadly the girl and the WRX had to go as they were both too much to handle for this cowboy. Affordable will forever be my go to parts supplier.

Called ahead to make sure they have what i am looking for. They said they would have it. went there, they do not have. they wanted me to search the yard for the part. Could not find it, found some other parts. picked them up and went to the desk. the price was so high for small insignificant parts. I decided not to go with all of them just some. surprisingly the answer was take all or leave them all. we only sell them together though they are not related and from different cars. I ended up leaving everything and walk out. they got upset and wanted to fight with me. In short, they do not deserve your time and money. I have not seen something like this and wondering how they are running a business??? this place is a crap, do not go there. there are many parts available on the net with much les headache. it is a big thumb down.

Went in to pull a part quickly. First they wanted $50 for a part that is $75 new, which I politely declined. Then they told me they no longer let people go into their yard because they are tired of "picking up floor mats off the ground." Sorry you had to dirty your fingers princess, but you work at a SCRAP YARD. Lied to me and sent me across the street to another scrap yard. After going back to them because THEY had the part I needed, they said theyd have it off in an hour and would call me. I called twice throughout the day, they never took it off or called me. Complete waste of time. Go here if you want to take a chance that you will be screwed around and lied to, or overcharged.

I was looking for a part so I though I would stop by rather than calling them first. Guy told me he will call me when they have the part ready. No calls. I called them the day after and the guy told me the parts gone already and they dont have any in stock. I said I was expecting a call but nobody called me.. I even checked my phone to see if I missed any calls but nothing. The guy was rude on the phone like he has no interest selling anything. I dont know how can you run a business like this.. Ill never deal with these guys ever again.

I wish i could give the rating of 0 but it wont let me. So it appears that the sales guy neither wants to sell parts or at least talk normally to his customers without swearing at them.... Called him once and in the middle of the conversation he purposely hangs up, second time I call him and he talks very very rude and acts like he doesnt give a crap about his customer. and the reviews of 5 star that majority of people gave them is fake as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Called ahead to make sure they could pull the part I needed. They said they would have it. Drove an hour to get there the next day. They said Id have to wait 2 hours so I went and looked in the yard myself. When I found the part I need, the fat Dick behind the counter walked over, grabbed it and threw it in the garbage. Went down the road to another wrecker and they laughed and werent surprised how I was treated there. I have no idea how they stay open with customer service like that.

My experience was totally different. The guys were helpful and fair. If anything they were slightly rushed but since Im not a moron and realize that Im probably not their only customer and they might be busy and that I dont need validation and a hug every time I make a purchase, I wont hold it against them. I will be coming back to affordable for my used part purchases. Common sense and respect go along way on both sides. Thank you guys for your help. I <3 used.

Really great guys ! Very polite and respectful, most auto places treat woman disrespectful and like they are clueless . Many times I have actually heard moans when I ask something at counters . The best part of that is the fact this chic has raced and built 1/4 mile cars for years , Ive laid rubber from Mission Raceways to SIR in Seattle, needless to say I know my way around under a hood , transmission and geared a few rearends lol . Thanks again guys :-)

Called looking for econoline van rims. Didnt have any but checked anyways for me. Parts guy was kind enough to refer me to a rims place and even pulled the number to save me time. I initially hesitated to call because of the bad Google reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Im giving 5 stars and will advise that the one star reviews are either written by the mentally incapacitated and/or those with pine-cones permanently embedded in their rear ends.

- Always my first place to go to for parts. - They are very knowledgeable. - The yard is very clean and organized. - They will help you to find the part you need no matter if it is a screw or an engine. - They are very straightforward and time is very valuable to them.So if you are too sensitive and you expect a "five star hotel" kinda customer service then you are in the wrong business and you should shop at Toys R Us.

Absolutely fantastic. Couldnt have made it easy and were very fun to talk to. The gentlemen i talked to, David, was amuzing and knew what he was talking about. Even after telling me he couldnt find the part he helped me find another dealer who had it. As for what T4runner, nigel and busted had to say maybe if you knew what you werer tallking about and stopped being so annoying he could have actuallty have helped you.
