Don is an amazing mechanic and this review is long overdue. He has been my mechanic the last couple of years and is always professional, friendly, and honest. He will work within your budget and will not take advantage of you. He was previously a mastermechanic at Toyota so he has exceptional knowledge on your vehicle. He also goes above and beyond the call of duty. I remember one winter I had to have my car serviced and he dropped me off at my work so I didnt have to wait. I will mention my work is only 5 minutes away but this is above and beyond his call of duty. I wholeheartedly recommend Don and 41st auto. The only con is he does get very busy so make sure to book your appointment in advance!

I bought a vehicle with nothing but problems, I heard about Don through my co workers as highly recommended. I took my vehicle to Don and he has been a life saver with this vehicle, not only does he address my concerns but he also gives me a heads up with what to service next. Ive called just to simply ask for advice and he explained everything clearly to what I can understand. I will keep going to him for my auto issues as he has great customer service and efficient work to fix my vehicle in a timely matter !

Super honest, a rare gem in the industry! He was upfront with what he thought needed to be fixed, told me I could fix the most pressing issues and come back later to fix the smaller issues, and made no extra "suggestions" on services I probably didnt need (like most commercial chains). If youre looking for an affordable, honest mechanic who works with your budget and needs, Don is the one for you!

All the reviews that this shop is honest are accurate. I was given an appointment in a reasonable time frame, my car was serviced quickly yet proper attention was given to concerns I had. I could have been charged hundreds but only had to pay for an hour of shop fees. The shop was also extremely clean and the staff were friendly. I would give 6 stars if I could!

I only called to get some advice on an issue with my 2013 ford fusion and Don put in simplified words on how I can address my problem. He explained to me in calm and understanding tone! He was nice on the phone and gave me some good advice better than my home Ford Dealership. Thanks Don!
