This is probably the first time I would ever write a review about a business. Its quite shameful to believe some certain people still carry hate in their blood. The owner of this business presents a possible hatred for people other than his race. Thats my belief based on the treatment I have received. I made sure I used the facility numerous times to make sure I wasnt assuming. You walk in and not an atom of customer service not even a hi! Ask for change to have service done at his business and the I already could tell the chemistry of the man was off. I clearly ask him if there was an issue or if I did something wrong. He raises his voice loud and tells me business is good and I dont need to come back. Quite interesting to witness such tension. I dont recommend this place to no one. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE

Standard coin-operated car wash. Each bay holds 2 cars, and you have the option of using coins or credit card. Theres a foam brush and lots of settings on the water hose. The attached office has a change machine in case you only have bills. Im subtracting one star as the vacuums really suck (not in the way youd want a vacuum to suck) and they do absolutely nothing to get the dog hair out of my seats. My 18v handheld vacuum is actually better.

The car wash bays themselves are decent, good water pressure and seems like good products are used. The reason for 3 stars is the fact that 2 cars fit in each car bay which can be annoying. Also, the owner needs to learn some customer service etiquette. As others have mentioned, he is quite rude and nonchalant about having your business. Huge positive is this is one of the few hand wand wash bays in the downtown area.

The worst car wash in downtown. Ive been there 5 times and during the afternoon rush time the machines would not work for half of the times and they will not issue the refunds. Been there twice in the evening to wash the car when its not busy and they were closed at 8.15pm and 8.30pm when the closing time says 9pm. I talked to the owner and he said we close when we want to and it wasnt busy today so we closed.

Been going here for years due to its convenience; but no more!! The last change in Mngt/Ownership has made this location WAY overpriced. (either in cost/min or with the quality of their products) Used to get vehicle spotless for $10-12, now cant even get it clean w/o timing out when using a CC. ($14 max/transaction). There are way better wash bay facilities within easy driving distance.

Nothing special about this car wash. Positives: lines arent crazy and the machines take both coins and credit cards. Negatives: doors open using an awkward button system, and bays are for 2 cars at once, meaning the car in front could well make the car in the back wait to leave. Not much else to say. The car got cleaned... Its a car wash.

$2 minimum per cycle, so if you let the time run out and just need a bit more time you cant just put in $1. Very quick timer per each $2. I have been at other car washes where I get almost the same time for $1. Seemed even faster when using any function that used a soap product. First time here and last, absolutely awful.

There is no great customer service when you go in buying something the owner or whoever is there is always rude and looks at you like s@$!t is convenient if u live in downtown but the one close to 16ave and deerfoot is way better plus u can activate with just $1 not $2

My standards arent high for customer service of a car wash, but one of the workers was verbally abusive to me this weekend. I had been going here for 15 years but this ends now :( . Really? verbally abusing a customer for wiping down her car?

Owner is very rude Machine stole a loonie and owner did not refund me nor listen to me. Just denied everything . I tried explaining and he would just say no to everything. Didnt make any sense Had his nasty feet up on the desk the whole time.

Worst carwash in the city, the owner/manager is extremely rude and they profile customers. I am in my 20s. They watched me closely the entire time, and despite spending $20+ they kicked me out before I was done without any explanation....

The spraying time is too short and it requires $2 minimum to start the spraying. I find waste my time running to the coin slot so that I dont have to put another $2 in.

Always busy but the lines move quickly. Good wands in the washing bays, and they take credit cards so you dont have to plug the machine with change every few minutes.
