My girlfriend wanted visions to install an aftermarket stereo into her car in late January. She took it in, paid for the harness($25), install kit($50), an adapter which was claimed a special order part costing $180 dollars for a 2003 model car. She also prepaid for the Labour for the install($95). In total just over $350. They day she brought it in, they told her it would be done in 6 hours. 1 hour later, they called and said they didnt have a certain part, and they would have to special order it. They said they would call her when it arrives. They estimated about a week until they get it. They didnt call for a month, so we decided to call visions and see what happened. During the call, we were talking to a visions rep and suddenly they hung up. We went to visions the next week and demanded a refund for the parts we didnt have, and the service we never got. They claimed the reason for the long time and no phone call was that the salesman we dealt with left the company just after we paid for the service and he didnt tell anyone about our business with them. When we demanded a refund, they said they can only refund the harness and instal kit, but the Labour and "special order" part they could not refund. Now we have a part we cant use, and only $75 refunded of the $350 we spent to get something that didnt even happen. It is not our fault that they are not organized enough to remember to take care of all their customers, and not our fault they do not hire good salesmen. I do not understand paying for labour that didnt even happen. Overall, we will not be dealing with this company in the future, and we Will be spreading our experience for others to know how this company deals with their customers. We feel like we were taken advantage of. And we feel like we were robbed by this company.

Went in only knowing that I wanted to purchase a car deck. Tristan was the guy to help me and he was fantastic spend so much time with me. The original one I wanted (from looking in the flyer) he talked me out of cause it wasnt a good one. He helped me with all my questions (probably mostly sounding not so smart) I got it narrowed down to three, I left for lunch and did some research and found that the original one I wanted had horrible reviews and I was thankful for him talking me out of it. I ended up going with a pioneer and I love it. They were able to get me a great deal, as well installed the same day. He sat in my car with me afterwards and again went through more questions as well as showed me how to work it. I for sure would recommend going here and seeing him. great work. :)

My family has had many remote starters installed there but recently bought a used car that was missing the remotes. Paid twice what remotes are worth on line just to get them to program it which they also charge for. Took over a month to arrive when they said two weeks.I had to call week after week, zero follow up even once on their part! When it came time to program the remote it was excuse after excuse finally claiming it would take over an hour to dig out parts from the original install so an extra $110. Once I agreed it was fixed in ten minutes for $90 extra? they spent more time making excuses to increase the price than working on the car, which took less than 25 minute over all. Last time for me, tired of feeling taken!

Twice I have gone there with an item in mind and have been sold on something else at what appears to be a really good deal ( Something they want to sell, and have good margins so looks like your getting a special deal) Then I get home and read online to find it is an product with crappy reviews. Done shopping here. Last experience was going to buy two 4K tvs got there sales guy convinced me to go with alternate brand because he was offering a killer deal from msrp and said it was a better tv. So I spend a bit more only to find after doing my reaserch online the deal wasnt that good and the sales guy knows nothing, the product I wanted was constantly rated higher online.

I bought a Pioneer deck and wanted to use the ARC app on my phone and I was not even close to being able to hook it up on my own and was quite needy about it. lol. Jacob and Matt in car audio killed it for me. When Jacob said he would call me with information on the deck I assumed it would be when he got around to it, Jacob called before I got home with the answer, he could have just said he didnt know but he put in extra effort. Later that night I needed a bit more help and Matt was there with yet again awesome help...if Visions doesnt treat them well Im going to offer them a job to sell for me. Very pleased.

Worst customer experience Ive ever had in the electronics industry. We had an install job done for a home theater and home sound system. They took an extra two months to complete the job. The installer constantly made extremely unbelievable excuses. IN the end to ensure the job was done we had to call the installer every single day in the morning and ask if he was coming, if he was bringing his tools, if we wasnt going to leave after 15 minutes and yet we still ended up with an unworking system.

We were in the store this evening, maybe two other customers, lots of sales people. We were there to purchase a remote starter and schedule an installation date. Do you think we could get any service? Once we were told by a sales guy that he would be with us in a minute. Then he went back to standing around and talking with the other sales guys. We finally just left. And we purchased one somewhere else.

Went in to buy a television that was on sale. I was told it was a "start up model" and that I should buy the warranty because it would probably malfunction!! Really!! Lol!! Awesome sales tactic! Walked out and will never return!

Knowledgeable sales staff. Some years ago I wanted a new tv for bedroom I wanted a Samsung. The salesman recommended a Hisense LED which I bought. We have been very happy with it, all our tvs are Hisense now. 2 being 4K UHD.

Prices are out to lunch and the staff arent very knowledgeable. Just getting them to show or explain the differences in the menus and browsers was frustrating enough for me to walk out.
