As I write this, my hands are shaking and the emotions inside of me flowing over. I know how I feel is not respectful to what I have to state. In March of this year, (2017) my husband & I decided we would purchase our last vehicle before retiring. I am 64 and my husband is 68, this auto was to carry us on planned road trips and into our later years. We planned to purchase it and pay it off my Jan of 2018 (saving the funds) While at work 2 weeks ago my husband received 3 phone calls from Joel our salesperson stating that Mike should come on to refinance at a better rate than what we had with our bank, from a (5.28%) to a (1.99%). So Mike on his first day back went out to see Joel and the floor manager at Red Deer Mitsubishi. From the minute we drove up on the lot things spiraled downward. I told Mike to show me the paper work as he went through the motions of a new interest rate. Mike and I were told he had already been approved for a better rate with the Bank of Nova Scotia. In finance Mike was offered a new car and we were to turn our car in as a trade (the first Outlander for a new Outlander .....both autos were 2017. Not any different other than a brown for a blue. Mike was asked to sign off on the new one and give them a check for $2000.00 as a down payment, I was in the car in the parking lot. I told Mike to send this lady who he was dealing with at this point out to speak to me, I could not get out of the car as I am down with a auto immune problem with my joints. I told Leanne from finance that we did not have another two grand to pay and why would we when we had given a $3500.00 down for the first car. She said it was a ten year protection plan, I told her all we needed was the basic program that we had when buying the car (first one and now second one) five years protection that they came with was enough, she said she had already written it up and would now have to redo the paper work and get Mike to sign off on it, he was the person on the loan. Mike had given all in Mitsubishi permission to speak to me as the process took place. So I assumed it would be smoothly taken care by everyone (from the salesman Joel to the finance person Leanne. It was not and we have not received one once of help to in trying to treat us like buyers they respect! The worse experience ever-- BEWARE this dealership KEEP driving by!

My girlfriend bought a 2010 Lancer about 1.5 years ago. We went to trade it in about 4 months ago, to upgrade her to a outlander. Well I set up the deal, and got everything with the mothly payments figured out. So I, make arrangements for her to come for a quick test drive and sign the papers. Wich was 2 days later. So we get there, they new we were in a hurry, because they called 3 times to confirm. Well we get there, and we have to stand there for 1 hour to do the test drive. Then we finnnally get into the SUV, and its on empty. So then they give me a voucher to go put gas in it. Wow.. I didnt know that was my job. But anyways, I let that go. So when I get back from filling the SUV with gas and the test drive. I tell them to wright it up, we will by it. Well they lost the pappers, then the sales person, comes back with a price almost a hundred dollars bw more. I told them this was not what we agreed apon, so they went back to the office and came back with a price of $25 BW more then we agrred apon. I told them if they want my business to call me back. So I waited a few hrs and they didnt call back. So I called back and offered them to meet in the middle of there last offer. They didnt want to do that. Over 10 dollars. So just before Xmas I get a phone call from them asking we we were still interested. I said yes we could be. And then explained what has been going on. Well I was told that they now could make this deal happen, and they were sorry and everything else. But what ever. Well its Jan 15 and still no SUV. This sales guy that says he is like the asissit manager, but I dont think he is. promised the world, and wouldnt call when he said he would, we went a week with out hearing from him, then he calles and tells us a bunch of bull crap. Well just so you all know. My girlfriend loves her lancer and still wants the SUV. But we now are going to Calgary to buy one, and will never deal with Red Deer again. The customer service sucks, and there are still lots that I didnt tell you, but I think you get the story. Thanks

Hello! I wanted to share my feelings about my excellent car buying experience with RED DEER MITSUBISHI Let me first start of by talking about how welcoming the dealership is, The dealership is family owned & when you walk in the doors you feel like you are family too! The Dealership is very welcoming. What you see is what you get. I purchased a used 2009 Dodge Ram on Saturday 15, 2014 from Trevor. I must say that it has been the best car purchasing experience of my life. Ive been to three Dealerships before i found out about them, and I must say they are above & beyond. Most purchasing experiences have a lot of stress or pressure from both the salesman and the customer, but Trevor and the dealership went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as hassle free as possible. One thing that really stood out to me is they provided my mother & fiancé, who was there with me, and I snacks and drinks while we waited for the finance department. I have never seen that before, and I must say that it impressed the heck out of me. Also as i mentioned the car I purchased was the Dodge Ram, and when speaking about it instead of sounding like he was reading a brochure, he sounded intelligent and educated, with an opinion. I just wanted to say thank you to Trevor and let someone know of the excellent experience I had at Red Deer Mitsubishi THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE RED DEER & SURROUNDINGS MOSY DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A SUV OR ANY CAR!.. TRULY AMAZING CARS & DEALS; AMAZING CONDITION ON ALL VEHICLES NEW & USED!!!!!! Overall, I was satisfied 100% . We are excited to keep coming back for service visits and future car purchase. All this hopefully explains my decision to not only recommend Red Deer Mitsubishi to my friends and family, but to remain a life-long customer as well. Thank you, especially to finance Department Getting it done with my limited credit and for making this a wonderful experience! Best regards, Trey

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional service department. and all around useless staff. Everyone at this Mitsubishi dealership is a crook, out for themselves and not for the customers. As for the service department, they cant even do a simple oil change properly. All around bad service!! And the real kicker is when you do have an issue and you can never get a hold of an actual person. Get used to talking to answering machines but hell when they wanna upgrade my vehicle or sell me something new; they have my number and can sure phone me and text me non stop. About that; they are still trying to get me to upgrade a vehicle I do not even have anymore. In fact they were the first people I phoned when I got in my car accident AND they were also the dealership I had first brought my new car too for its first oil change. Just dumb, cant even do the job they are supposedly trained to do. I also left that oil change missing a 400$ piece to my car that I would not have even known about except when I went in for my next oil change in Calgary and they told me. This dealership is a joke. i strongly urge anyone considering this type of vehicle (because it is an amazing vehicle) to go to PLATINUM MITSUBISHI in CALGARY, ALBERTA. they handle business much better and actually care about the customers and about getting them the best deal.
