I just wanted to share my customer service experience (or lack there of!) so perhaps others may think twice before booking their special event transportation with this company. I recently got engaged, and began planning my wedding; I emailed the address on the website sometime ago with no response. I called Premier Limos to find out some information and booking limos for our wedding day, as well as wanting information about using them as a shuttle service the day of the wedding. I called three times with no return phone call from anyone. After talking with some friends about limo companies in Red Deer, I was told a TERRIBLE story about their company. Some friends of people that I know used premier limos for a stagette party. The woman who planned the party and booked the limo has planned many of her friends events, and has never had any issues in the past. The individual planning the event was told by this company that they could pay cash to the drive, but that they would still need a credit card for incidentals (not uncommon). The night of their event, the individual collected money from ALL of the ladies in the limo in an organized manner, and gave the payment in full to the driver. Numerous women in the limo witnessed the money exchange. A couple of days later, she looked at her credit card statement and was charged TWICE. She attempted to contact the manager of the company and received HORRIBLE customer service. He refused to meet with her to even try to resolve the issue. After hearing the way a number of ladies from this group were treated, and the companys lack of initiative to even respond to my phone calls or email to give me information about booking, I will be booking my wedding transportation, shuttle, and stagette transportation through Arrow Limos. I truly hope that others consider their disgusting display of customer service before booking with them.

Honestly wouldnt use these guys again, to many discrepancies, and trying to change pricing last minute, and after being picked up was told our drop off was an hour sooner, but the driver was very good , did what he could to make us happy

Used their services for my birthday and graduation. Thoroughly enjoyed both events. Limos were clean and fun, driver was accommodating and professional. Booking was simple. Definitely recommend!
