Hit or miss is the only fair way to describe this shop. I like the front staff, theyre great! Theyve done some work for me in the past that was fine, but then I had issues with a brake installation and had to pay for their mistake. Add to that their tow truck driver broke the front lip on my Subaru and didnt so much as mention it, nor did they address the issue when they were made aware. The part issue I can look past, but the damage to my vehicle I simply cannot. They wont be touching another one of my vehicles. Use at your own risk.

Our family was extremely inconvenienced and saddened over the unprofessional conducts of this company. We tried for hours to contact someone in order to arrange getting our vehicle back after it was towed from the parking lot downtown Sylvan. We are a one vehicle family and were left without it for a weekend. They give you a number to call and do not answer it. Then they charge you because you left it there! Their hours are monday to Friday. Nice lcoal company..I wonder how they would feel if this happend to their family.

Great people here. The quoted me one price over the phone. I paid a deposit for the part. They called me as soon as it arrived the next day and told me they got a better price and passed the savings on to me. Even though I had paid a non refundable deposit and had an agreed upon price. Then they knock about %30 off the price. Makes a huge deal in this economy. They are not out trying to screw anyone just provide good help and service!

The lady at the front is super rude and terrible at customer service. She even threatened me. The business itself is poorly run and organized, we waited over 20 minutes just to talk to someone. The prices are ridiculously high for a junkyard. Go to PoPo or A1s junkyard and avoid this joke of a junkyard unless you like being robbed and treated like crap!

If you need anything, Dave is the guy to go to at Lake City! Not only he knows his way around really well, but he is so good to deal with! They are a smaller business but they do take care of their customers! Really happy with this place and all its staff including Sara! Will be going back!

I needed a mirror for my car and other places were charging $120 for a used one. They were able to get me a brand new aftermarket one for $90 and it fit perfectly! Very happy!
