HORRIBLE...took my car in with the donut on and the flat in the back. They said they would fix it and text me once it was ready and lock the keys inside because I couldnt pick it up until after they were closed. I received the text that it was ready at 5:58pm saying it was ready for pick up. My middle daughter was taken to the ER from her rugby game so I raced to get my car to meet her there but when I showed up the donut was still on and the keys were laid across my cup holder in full view and no paperwork to say what was wrong. My oldest daughter and I traded vehicles in the parking lot so she could take mine home...once she arrived home she was going to put the proper tire back on and when she opened the back it was just the rim. For being a tire shop they sure didnt bother to get a hold of me to tell me that they couldnt repair my tire and that I needed a new one. I was back at KalTire at 7:35am to get some answers. Upon telling them what happened I was told "Hmmm thats not right, I dont understand, that doesnt make sense. OK lets see if we have one in stock" to which I replied that I refused to get a tire there now. I asked what was wrong with my tire and I was told leaking stem and impact break. I asked for my tire back and when he loaded it up he said "Well the tire looks good now but if you put air in it you can see the bulge" (But inside he told me the stem was leaking and there was an unrepairable impact break). I took my car to Kirks tires and they went over my tire very thoroughly and found a piece of steel in the tire that was repaired and he put it back on my car and its been fine ever since. This all happened on Wednesday May 31 and Ive waited until today June 5 to be sure that my tire was in fact fine. I refuse to go back to KalTire as I feel they were more worried about getting out the door right at closing time and then tried gouging me for a tire the next day. The team member whose name is on the Order conf. is IWHITTEMORE and obviously doesnt give a damn about customer service. Anyone who needs tires and amazing service go to Kirks Tires, you wont be disappointed by them, unlike this place!

I had a flat tire on right backside of my car and didnt know where to go to get it fixed. So I googled and found good reviews about Kal Tire so i attached my Stephanie and went there to get it fixed. The people there are very friendly and sounded professional in their service. After few minutes of examining the tire they contacted me and said that the cut on tire was too bad and only solution was to get new pair of tires for backside of my car. I agreed and they fixed the tires right away. It was very fast and I was happy with the cost and the warranty service they provide. Its worth it to go there. Surely gonna recommend Kal Tire to all my friends ☺

I went in to get tires for my truck and got excellent service, had an appointment for the next day. When I went in early I discovered that the tires that were ordered may not be able to get there for the appointment but the tech suggested a better tire that they had in stock. He was able to give me the tires for the same cost as the others so I went with them. And he got me a shuttle ride home and I came back later and the tires were on the truck before the scheduled time. Was treated very professionally the whole time. I would definitely recommend this store and their staff and purchase my tires here again.

Overall great kal tire location right from customer service on what you want to applying the gear. Quality is great time efficient service. Buy all my tires here and get all my swaps done on both my vehicles I actually prefer this location overall then any other in red deer no offense to the others and the vibe to from the staff, owner actually allows them to groove in the back and focus with toons while busting there ass at the same time not something you see to often anymore

Came from Olds, AB to Kal Tire on 67th street with my son to purchase winter rims as I had already purchased winter tires. Matthew Peacock assisted us and answered all of our questions and concerns. He ordered the rims and we were notified when ready. He explained the warranty, tire change over, balancing and repair policies. Matthew made our experience easy and hassle free. After calling several other places that have snow tires for sale I came across Kal Tire. Their price was better than anywhere else I had been the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful and explained all the different varieties they have and what would be a good choice. I elected to go with the Nokian hakkapeliitta studded. My experience there was awesome and I would definitely go back again.

Called in and im from out of town, they had my tires in stock(2008 evo) put them on my car in under two hours and i did not book an appointment so i thought it was awesome. Cheapest quote in town and they definitely do a good job.. also i had a ton of personal items in the car and they are super trustworthy and reliable. Im actually going to get the rest of my tires fixed next time i come down

So impressed with the level of service I received today. They were able to book me in for an oil change and tire checkup quickly (I got in within a day of calling about an appointment). Ordered tires on Wednesday was told to bring vehicle in on Saturday to get them put on. On Saturday morning I drop off vehicle and was promised it would be done before closing. At end of day still not even touched and the person doesnt even apologize justt tells me to call him if I still want tires cause they cant return them.

Darren and the others at Kaltire have been my go-to guys with any problems I have had with my jeeps for years. Fast, friendly, accomodating service.. And just great people all round. Quickly diagnosed our vehicle problem (worn ball joints), and were $300 less than quote as the tie-rod-ends, which had also been possibly suspect, were in fact ok once the ball joints were addressed. Greatly appreciate the honesty and the work that was done for a fair price. Thanks guys.
