Amazing customer service from both the owner Bill and sales consultant Ross. They stayed within my tight budget and I am now able to travel 6 hours in a nice, clean, smooth ride. No problems getting insurance. Any concerns I had with my choice were dealt with and so far I am satisfied with my decision. I feel confident that if anything comes up on this car in the near future I can go to them for advice and I wont be turned away. If you are looking for a used vehicle at a reasonable price I would most certainly recommend coming to Innovation Auto. They were very honest and upfront with all mechanical reports on the vehicles. Almost bought a car on a private deal and so far I am pleased I didnt. Thanks guys Ill let you know how my trip goes!

I had the absolute best experience. I was referred to Bill and Ross from a mutual friend at church, and they were extremely helpful. They were nice, listened to exactly what I needed, and was able to help me get a car for my budget, and they both made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Seriously, I feel so happy with what I got. There was no "add ons" to the price listed for the car, no hidden fees, no "lot payments", it was just the amount they advertised the car for. Thank you Bill and Ross, you are a legend!

Scam artist through and through. We bought a vehicle here, and within 4 months it was breaking down. When I reached out to bill he basically said too bad so sad. We have since found out most of the cars they sell are bought at auctions and they have someone to write up a good report and omit details of the vehicles true condition. Several people have reached out and said they went through the same thing. They just want your money and dont care about the safety of their customers.

The owner, Bill, is the epitome of a sleazy used car dealer. Nice smile and firm handshake, but scam-artist. He lied to me about the vehicle he sold me and sold me something much different than I asked for. I needed a small reliable car to transport my grandkids but I was sold something way too big and pressured to buy something way out of my price range. I dont know much about cars so I was relying on him for help. But instead I was swindled. Shame on you Bill.

I got to say, I was a little nervous at first as Bill seemed like youre stereotypical used car salesman... but in the end we loved our car and have had no issues with it. Would recommend.
