We had been looking for a small truck for some time and after trying several other dealerships and getting the complete runaround from sales staff fighting over us at Derrick Dodge and sales staff at Southside Chrysler selling a vehicle out from under us to a family member over the weekend after we had come to a verbal price and trade in agreement with the salesman two days earlier. We decided to go to check out Innisfail Chryslers website and found exactly what we were looking for. We drove from Lacombe to Innisfail after work and met with Paula the sales and internet manager, Liam the Product Advisor and Jennifer the Financial Services Director and we were treated like Royalty from the get-go. These three people went above and beyond to make our buying experience the best we have ever had from making us coffee to staying two hours past closing time to accommodate us. To save us a lengthy trip back to Innisfail to pick up our new vehicle, they picked my up from work and delivered me and my new vehicle right to my door. I dont know what dealership a Colin and Andy went, but it sure could not have been Innisfail Chrysler. We highly recommend this dealership over ALL others and will continue to use them for all our vehicle and service needs.

I have to say that this dealership so far has gone above and beyond. We went in on a labour day Monday just to look at a used van, ended up buying a new 1. There were a few hick ups along they way with what we wanted but they figured them out, fast. If they didnt know they called and asked. Being a stat, I figured it would be "I dont know come back when service is open" but no. They called whoever they had to call to figure the problem out. Shawn is a great salesman, the 4 people that were there were all great. They were supposed to close at 4, we left at 530. No 1 complained. That being said as much us as them we should have slowed down and did things the next day. Still would like my van cleaned better, but they did the best they could. We all were in a "rush" to get going and I think a few things got over stepped. And that isnt a negative towards them, we could have stopped as well. In comparison to where we bought our fusion, they went above and beyond. Few minor problems but all in all pretty awesome for labour day Monday, with only a few people at work.

The worst dealership I have ever been to. My truck was making noise and took it in the rack and pinion steering was making it I guess . Thats fine still under warranty took them a day to get parts in thats fine . Then got it back and the steering wheel was off center called them up and told them I was waiting on other parts they said ok will redo it next time in . A few weeks later I get get a call your other parts are in . Took it back into them for the parts and to redo wheel alignment . Get it back and guess what its worse than before . Called them on it again and I wasnt nice this time took it back and waited 50 mins for them to redo it for the 3 time 15 degrees out . They would call me and try to get me to come buy a new vehicle from them . I broke down and went in there the sales guy is a joke . I was shopping around at 3 different dealers and this dealership is by far the worst I have ever been to. I will never go back to this dealership again.

I live in Calgary and had nothing but issues with high pressure sales, inconsiderate sales people and a lack of effort to get the vehicle I wanted. I ranted on facebook and boom connected with Bill and Paula at Innisfail. Let me tell you they were unbelivable and FOUND me the jeep I wanted not the one they wanted to sell me (pay attention Calgary). They corresponded through email per my request, found the price I wanted, gave me all the features and even delivered the car to me as my schedule was so frantic. I tell EVERYONE to go there. I cant even tell you what a relief it was to find honest nice people who just wanted to help me. Thank you thank you thank you!!

I believe I was one of the first customers at this new Dealership and they did have serious growing pains. In spite of many problems beyond their control, I have to compliment the staff on their very hard work to solve all the problems a new dealership can face and still go the extra mile for their customer. It took a long time to get the new shop up and running but they hung in there and did all the things you hope for from a dealership and more! Dont hesitate to go and see them about your next vehicle! I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram from Innisfail Chrysler and would highly recommend them for your next purchase. I had a small incident with a tire that Chrysler themselves would not take any ownership of but Steve (Service Manager) and Alyssa in service were great. The dealership actually replaced the tire at their own expense even though they werent responsible to. I have found all the staff from sales, parts and service very friendly and great to deal with. The worst dealership I have ever been to! Went to buy a vehicle last fall and the finance lady was incredibly rude and had no idea how to do her job! The manager was a liar and also did not know what he was doing. I will never support Innisfail Dodge nor recommend to anyone!
