Good luck finding a good deal here! Just came in because I wanted an appraisal for the trade-in on my truck and got a hard time from salesman who was only interested in pulling my credit rating. After finally getting an appraisal (which was quoted $5000 less then blackbook value) I looked at a vehicle which I was practically forced to test drive then when I asked for a better price on the vehicle I was brick walled with this "no haggle pricing" BS and fed a bunch of crap on how the dealer is going out of their way for me, so when I asked for more for my trade in I was told I was only getting what I was quoted at and thats that. So I left and for the next 2 days even after the seller told me if I gave him my number he wouldnt harass me-my phone would not stop ringing. I ignored the calls because I wasnt interested and if I was I made it clear I would contact him. I finally answered when he called me on a blocked number and started this process all over again. When I asked for the payments on this vehicle I was told I would need to take a credit inquiry hit. I told the salesman to go ahead after telling me it would only take an hr 6 hrs later he contacted me only to tell me that he couldnt give me a proper quote without filling out another credit application. I tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt as we all have a job to do but I cant justify doing business with an auto company who makes all the rules, has no consideration for you and treats you like your dumb. I also dont like taking credit hits just because some salesman doesnt think my credit is good enough to be worth his time. P.S I found 2 of the same vehicle with lower mileage in Calgary for two thousand less and room to haggle Ill be going there instead. If your looking for good service and a good deal please look around and you will save yourself a headache and a few thousand!

Well, where do i start. Me and my boyfriend both have vehicles through this GO Auto branch, both times were a gong show. They called us in about upgrading my boyfriends truck. i repeat, THEY CALLED US. Then, kept us waiting for a week before anything got done. We were told many times that we would be called in "20 minutes" or "come back tomorrow and we will have something for you" both of which never happened. It finally took him talking to the manager to actually get somewhere after being strung along by the salesman. Who by the way, had PLENTY of time to sell vehicles to other people while we waited. When he finally was able to get a deal and test drive a vehicle, he said he would do it, on the condition that I approve. to which they replied "you need your girlfriend permission?". permission? No. General respect for the fact that it effect us both? Yes. THEN, after a week of not being able to get a hold of my boyfriend they call me. I tell them that they need to talk to him about it as it is his deal, not mine. They then call him and tell him that i said i was okay with it all. THEY PUT THE WORDS INTO MY MOUTH. Do you really think we dont talk and that you would get away with this?? So No, we are not upgrading our vehicles there and would never in a million years recommend them. Also, we got our vehicles 3 months apart, and there was probably only 2 people that were the same both time. That alone says enough.

I havent had a very good experience with this branch of go auto. The sales manager had been running me under the bus for a month. Had to get my dad in the store to get all the problems vindicated. First I was sold a front wheel drive car and was told it was all wheel. Then I had to fight for a month for studded tires. After the studded tires were put on they never worked. So I had to get my dad down there again to get me a new car because the one they sold me was junk. After that I had been asking for the second key for my car for 4 months. Now I am in the process of dealing with go Honda Edmonton to get that key In heinsight go auto direct red deer on the north end has a bunch of crooks and cheats running the show. The manager there doesnt do anything for anyone. He makes empty promises. Tells you hes ordered things for you but does not. I will NEVER go back to this dealer for anything. Go auto what so ever. Ill be taking my business to a different dealership Crooks, cheats, con artists, and scammers are in management at this location 5 months later. And Im still having issues with these guys keeping promises. Or doing the things they are supposed to be doing for the customer I do not recommend this dealership. They will do what ever they can to screw you around and not do anything for you I had to threaten them with legal action just to get them to do their job. Unprofessional and very rude

My last vehicle suddenly broke down on me and I was terrified that Id be without a vehicle since my credit is less than perfect (to say the least). I gave go auto a call, let them know my situation and they couldnt be more accommodating. Johnny was my sales associate and went above and beyond for me. On Friday he personally came to my home to pick up my information since I couldnt drive myself and the next day he picked me and my family up and drove us there to look at some options. I ended up getting a car that I adore and at a decent price. But the customer service is what amazed me. I felt like I had a friend in the business with Johnny my sales aasociate. He has incredible customer service skills to a point where I didnt even feel like a customer I felt like a friend. My young children even enjoyed the experience despite how busy they were. I definitely wasnt the only customer in that day but I felt like his number one priority. I had an amazing experience that I wont forget. If youre looking for a new vehicle I suggest checking them out and if you want amazing customer service I suggest asking for Johnny. Very pleased!! :)

Well for starters I am REALLY picky, especially with such a horrible experience from a different dealership in Edmonton a couple years ago. Because of that, I ask a million questions (and then some.) Herman my sales rep went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% happy with my final decision. He genuinely seemed happy to help me from day one until the end. (About 3 weeks) Even with me changing my mind after numerous test drives; AND worked with not one, but TWO other go autos where I spotted a couple vehicles I couldnt decide between. When I FINALY decided on the vehicle I wanted, they set up the phone system for me, hooked up the satellite radio, and entered me into a draw to win my vehicle! They also gave me a fair price for the truck I was trading in. (Very important to me) I could go on all day but Ill just leave it at me saying, I would highly recommend anyone to stop by if your looking for a team to help you get in the car you REALLY want! (Without the pressure.) Herman, You rock!! A huge thank you, to you and the team!
