You want a dealership that lies and cheats, well this is the one for you. Id honestly believe a back yard fly by night dealership would have been more accommodating then these guys. When I purchased the truck the dealership told me they put on the lift and the wheels (which dont have TPMS sensors). After I picked up the truck I noticed that the rear sat higher than the front, took the truck in to various locations in town and I was advised to call Gary Moe and find out what they put in the truck. Gary Moe denied ever putting the lift or the tires on the truck. The Sales Manager said they truck had those modifications done by the previous owner. I have pictures of the truck from the Kijiji add showing different tires on the truck, so yes they put on the tires at least and could have put the TPMS sensors. I actually ran into the people who in fact traded my truck in while getting my mail. they traded for a 2500 and ironically they live one street over from me. They did not put the lift in it was in fact Gary Moe. Now I have a truck with a 4" lift in the front and they put full 6" coils in the rear. $1850 out of my pocket to fix this, plus $450 to have TPMS sensors installed and I also have to wire my Inner wheel liners down because they werent secured and rubbed against the wheels at speeds of 100KM/hr. All in all, they lied and denied and left me the customer standing in the cold to deal with all the issues. Gary Moe Gasoline Alley You Are The Definition Of Greasy Used Car Salesmen.

This dealership cares nothing about you, all they want is your money and then once you sign the papers and the truck is yours they could give two craps about you.. WORST dealership that i have ever been in.. Cant even throw in a set of winter tires with a 40,000.00 Truck.. Tried calling regarding something about our truck just to clarify and have not received a call back and probably never will because they dont want to admit to there mistakes! Dont waste your time here! Look for a dealership that actually cares about you and your family and will help you meet your needs! TO ADD: We asked Gary Moe about our mudd flap before we purchased the truck, well they said there was nothing wrong with it and it was just because of the tires on the truck! BULL CRAP.. within 30 seconds of taking it to another dealership the problem was solved.. LAZY employees at GARY MOE MAZDA.. Unbelievable, not willing to compensate for the money spent to fix it since it was there problem from DAY 1..

Bought a Mazda 5 off of them a little over a year ago. We came back for our first oil change a month after purchasing and they said that our transmission needs to be flushed and should have been done awhile ago... so I informed the service department that they just sold me the vehicle 4 weeks ago so THEY should have flushed the transmission. Well my next oil change I got through a mechanic and low and behold, they said I need a transmission flush. I have the receipt saying Mazda just did a transmission flush. Also, during the sale process we specifically requested a new battery, I have had nothing but trouble with this vehicle from the day we purchased it and I will never be purchasing anything from Gary Moe Mazda again.

I love Mazdas... this is my 3rd one and never have I dealt with such an awful dealership! I purchased my car in December.. and still waiting for rims and my WINTER tires 6 months later. Keep getting excuses why they are not done.. very frustrating having spent over half of $100,000.... cant even get a phone call back when i call to check up on everything.. my salesman was very sneaky and left out alot of information before going into the finance part of my deal. Horrible customer service .. Once their part of the deal is done, I will never return to Gary Moe Mazda !!! Please be careful with this dealership and watch their words!

I have dealt with Gary Moe Mazda for the past five years and have had great service and excellent buying experiences. I considered dealing with Calgary or Edmonton dealerships but found Gary Moe to be price competitive, professional, and easy to deal with. We have purchased four cars from them and traded in three vehicle and they have consistently met or exceeded our expectations. The General Manager (Brandon) has been the constant in all of these good buying experiences. My daughter just recently purchased a Mazda from them and was delighted with her overall experience as well. Keep it up, you are doing things right!

About a month ago I bought a used truck from them had a good experience with them. The only thing that is annoying is that the truck didnt come with floor mats and I was told that they had ordered some for my truck I thought that it was great until I never got a call from the salesman saying that they had come in. Two weeks after buying the vehicle I called him and asked if they had them and he told me he just had to go pick them up. I still havent got the call saying they had them oh well thats not a big deal. They other reviews are right once they have the money they dont care about you anymore

Was dealing with this dealership over a month ago on a used vehicle. Due to work circumstances I couldnt travel down and complete my deal. I was dealing with Luke whom at the time of talking about the deal was very responsive an eager to return my calls. I gave them a deposit and was told it was 100% refundable. It is been over 5 weeks with several phone calls and texts, and still no response or refund on my deposit. Sorry fellows seems pretty bush league to me, I like a straight up dealership, obviously they dont care about future business.

I purchased a used car from Gary Moe Mazda last week and received the same respect as someone who was purchasing a new vehicle, by both the salespeople and office staff. Luke sold me the vehicle and went above and beyond my expectation of what a car salesman would do. He replaced and repaired a few things on the car after I made the purchase and covered the cost. They even washed my car each time I went back to the dealership. Definitely a place I would return to when the time comes to make a new purchase.

This was my first purchase with Gary moe, and it was quite painless! I had gone to south side and the manager was extremely pressuring and made me feel very uncomfortable. Gary Moe was the opposite. Yes the salesman was pushy, but thats their job. And I believe he kept it in moderation! We did do a cash back deal as wel which I had no issue with, they made it quite easy! Truck has been great and will most likely purchase my next vehicle here as well! Recommended!
