What a great Team they have at Fourlane Ford, from the sales and business folks to the service department they have always treated us like valued customers. Myself and family members have dealt there several times now and we recently purchased a Mustang GT from Davin, the experience was so easy we did the deal over the phone and the net and the price was right on the mark. Sharon and her service team are awesome and have always treated us fantastic. In fact my wife told me she hoped we could buy from Fourlane again and our prior service experience was a big part of her comment. We live in a town with another Ford dealer but travel to Innisfail for both sales and service due to they way they treat us at Fourlane. I would have no trouble recommending to anyone looking for a new or pre owned vehicle to check out Fourlane!

We dealt with Bill in Fleet Sales. He is the only salesperson I can remember who sent us a thank you card after the deal was done asking us to call if we had any issues. He was also willing on numerous occasions to drive a truck up to Red Deer for a test drive or to deliver it after purchase. Very easy to deal with, and he helped us source what we needed when he didnt have it on his lot. That service is unheard of!

I have a local Ford dealership, but I travel 30 minutes to Fourlane to get my service done. Always done right the first time and they provide options for parts, generic or Ford. I take both my vehicles there. If an issue arises, they are respectful of my time and make things right. Renovations to the building have made for a more pleasant experience as well.

I kinda put him through the wringer on the 2nd purchase, and for that I am sorry Paul, but in the end, he did better that any other salesperson (in any dealership)!
