Good Day, This is first time ever that i have been complaining about something because i am really not happy with the kind of service delivered to me. I have been renting vehicle from enterprise, Avis , Budget Rental etc. but for the first time ever i rented vehicle from Red Deer, Alberta location for my business trip. I was given a hatch back Hyundai Accent to drive 800 KM. i was happy with the price i was given but later i found out that cars cruse was not working so i had to put my feet on peddle for constant 8 hours until i reached my destination. i made it somehow but when i went back to drop my vehicle i dropped it at different location. They gave me ride home later found out that i have left my personal insurance papers in the car called them right away guy who answered the phone replied that he will go look and call me back.Waited for couple days no one got back to me had to call back & lady answered the call and found the papers and told me that they will drop them off once someone comes available. Which were not delivered for a week and i had to go & pick em up myself. No apologies from their side. Now, i called them back to book an other vehicle on Aug/23/2016 guy who answered the phone i explained him the entire story no apologies. I just wanted a better vehicle this time with better value which was not offered to me . Instead offered me 10% discount. Told him that i will look around nothing was done in this regard and hung up on me patiently. I have been in hospitality & customer service for the past 6 years myself but have never encountered this kind of service ever before. There you go you have lost you valuable customer. Who was not accepting a free deal but a better service. Guys please be courteous & professional towards your customers. WHAT A JOKE !!!!!!

Nothing good about this company. Will never rent from them again. Dropped of the rental at the garage my vehcile was getting fixed at was told I was no longer liable for the vehcile and they would pick it up within an hour. Vehicle was picked up 2 days later with damage that was not their when I dropped it off and enterprise made me pay to habe it fixed.

Other then the staff .....nothing but disappointed....still waiting for my deposet almost 2 weaks later.....called back and all they said is" sorry, they did send it But it usual takes 3 week to get to you."

Had my VW break down, enterprise in the south were fantastic to deal with, came and got me and made a very frustrating time much much easier!! I would defiantly go back again good job ladies :)
