VERY upset with Fountain Tire! We had ordered in six new tires for our truck on sale and were told they arrived. So we booked an appointment to have them installed and aligned. Took the day off work and drove all the way in from Drumheller for the appointment only to show up and find out that they sold our tires to someone else! When we asked for other tires at the sale price were were told flat out no. We would have to pay full price for more tires, and come back AGAIN when the new tires showed up. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! We will NOT go back. This is the second bad experience we have had there.

Weve come here a few times with 2 different vehicles for different needs and have gotten great service every time. Needed something done very recently and on a time limit because we were selling our vehicle and they were the only place in town that got us in right away. Fixed exactly what we asked for, then cleaned and added a few extras at no cost. Also quoted us over the phone to the cent exactly what our bill came to, plus threw in a discount. exceptional service, thank you guys!!

If I could get zero starts I would my son in laws work truck went in for new tires two blocks after leaving the front tire fell off first they tried to blame it on something else and now their taking their sweet time fixing all the mechanical and body damage its been a week and still sitting there

Exceptional customer service! I ordered tires online and the owner called me and said those tires arent going to work for me. Recommended a better tire for the same price. When I got there the tires werent there so he drove all the way to Rocky to get them.
