I never liked Ford but my dad insisted I go into Zender and see Diane and at least check them out. So I did. I was upfront with her as she was a long time friend of my fathers and told her I love my Hondas and that was the only car for me. She had me test drive a Focus and albeit it wasnt a bad little car. Much better than the other Fords I have driven and seen in the past but it just wasnt a Honda. So she mentioned to me that if I really wanted a Honda she could get me one. I was blown away. Never in a million years did I think such a think was possible! She was going to find me my dream car, even if it wasnt a Ford. I had considered just going to a Honda dealership and purchasing one there but Diane was so friendly and made me feel no pressure at all so I decided to take her up on her offer because I knew that she wouldnt jerk me around like I have always feared when walking into a dealership. Not even a few hours after I had left Zender Ford I received a call from Diane saying that she had already found a used Honda and that they could have it in the next day for me to look at. Talk about service!! She walked me through the whole process (even when I felt a bit freaked out about this being such a big decision to me) and left me in the capable hands of the finance department when it came time for me to sign about 100 pieces of paper! I love this car to the moon and back! It is everything I could have ever wanted and a whole lot more! And what an amazing deal! They really do love their customers and as a very satisfied customer, I love them, too! The rating system only goes up to 5 starts, if I could I would give them Diane and the rest of the crew a 10!

The experience overall was not the 4.8 rating experience that I looked up online before picking the dealer in Edmonton and area to take my truck too. The initial meeting with Rick in service was great and very inviting. I dropped my truck off Friday at 730am and they completed the full inspection by Friday late afternoon on the same day. I got the call but was not able to pick it up until after the weekend on the Monday. That Monday afternoon I received a call from Rick who notified me that my truck had been broken into in their back parking lot. The sun roof track system was damaged and the ignition needed to be replaced. Rick was very informative and tried to do everything he could throughout the process. The issue was not with him but how his boss dealt with it. Rick relayed the message that they would not cover any of the damage caused to my truck while under their care. They did however give me the parts at cost as well as cut the labor down to only cover their costs. This at the end of the day was frustrating considering I expected to show up Monday and pay $250 and instead had to wait until Thursday to pick my truck up with an $800 bill. Being a company of this size and carrying a customer satisfaction rating of 4.8 I expected more. Their argument is that "your truck was parked in our chain link, fenced in parking lot but its no different than your vehicle parked on the street in front of your house". In other words our insurance doesnt cover it and the charges are on you (the customer) to pay.

My sales representative Ashton C worked hard for me. I cant say everything was perfect, but if it wasnt things were done to make them perfect. My story is very long. to sum it up, i had a deposit on a different truck. This truck was a demo, upon further inspection when I went to pick it up, it didnt meet my expectations. Brandon H did his best to help. the Next Day Melanie put together a new deal that I was satisfied with. I started dealing with western buick gmc. they wanted me to do all the negotiating. Thats what I liked about this experience. They made it easy to agree on a price. The only downfall I really had was my first visit, my wait time was way to long. If I put it in perspective tho and realize Ashton has to deal with as many people as he can because he has to put food on his table, then it wasnt all that bad to wait. If you want someone to work for you go with Ashton. The only reason I didnt give the price a five is because I went in to buy a 2015 and left with a 2016. So I know the deals will be better next year then what I paid. Thank you

Zender Ford scamed me. I purchased a new 2014 pickup from them after reaching a agreement on the sale price, they added on a$249.00 Anti-Theft fee which was 2 windows etched with some numbers. After I did some research I found out you can buy an etching kit for about $20.00 online, they are using this scam to milk more money off the customers, not once did they offer an option to me not to have this etching. Then also there is a Air Tax which the auto makers are not to charge buyers. I am currently getting the Global News trouble shooter to investigate my concern and let the public know about this scam by Zender Ford in Spruce Grove. Ha ha ha They just lost to sales of 2 brand new vehicles, I have 2 friends they purchased one from Sherwood Ford & one from Denny Andrews. Zender you lost these customers over the $249.00 you ripped me off for looks good on you I will continue to inform people of your scam.

***Ashton was great ! I found all the staff to be very friendly when I walked in . Ashton came up to us and was very helpful. We informed him of the vehicle we were interested in and he took us for a test drive . Ashton was very knowledgeable about the Ford Edge and explained all the features and options that are equipped with the vehicle. It will take me a long time to figure everything out, but so far so good. Ashton was always prepared to answer any questions and always made himself available. The day we picked up, Ashton came into his office with a huge smile on his face and a bottle of wine . Still waiting for him to toast my new ride yet with that wine!! All in all , I am very pleased with Ashton and the service he provided. I recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle at Zender Ford ! Thank you Ashton fir the awesome experience and my new Ford Edge !!

I Bought a new F-150 FX4 from Zender back in April, and I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. I live in Fort McMurray and became sick and tired of the price gouging and lack of customer service from the dealerships here, so I thought that I would give Zender a try based on the positive things I was hearing about it. Well the things I had heard were true, and dealing with Zender was like a breath of fresh air compared to the dealers in Fort McMurray. Zender has great sales staff who gave me a price that was more than fair, were patient, and took the time to walk me through all of the numerous features of my new truck. Since then, I have been more than satisfied with my purchase from Zender, and I am happy to say that I visit Spruce Grove enough that I will be back to Zender for all of my servicing needs.
