I came to Stony Plain Chrysler because I had a very poor experience with another dealership in Edmonton (Capital). I decided to shop around a bit and found they were competitive, friendly, honest and helpful. Matt and Stephen were both excellent salesmen and did everything in their power to make my wife and I feel at ease with dealing with them. I ended up purchasing a new 2014 Ram and have not had any issues at all with the dealership or service for that matter. This past fall I decided I would purchase a Jeep Cherokee for my wife. Once again, we decided to shop around a bit and check other dealers just to ensure we were getting value if we were to deal with Stony Plain Chrysler again. At one of the other dealerships in Edmonton (Derrick) the salesman was a pompous overstuffed male chauvinist pig who took it upon himself to keep saying "what does the boss think" whenever he had a disagreement with my wife. Needless to say, she was very upset with this particular salesman and we would not even contemplate giving them our sale. *Note: When a woman comes in with her husband looking to purchase a vehicle for herself remember you are selling to her, not the husband. Also, if she says color is important it is damn important.* Anyways, we decided in the end once we checked the market to go back to Stony Plain Chrysler and see what they could do for us. In the end we purchased a 2014 Cherokee Limited for my wife from the dealership. They took the time to make her comfortable with the sale as well as spending probably over an hour making her comfortable with the new features inside the vehicle, and although the cherokee does not come in the color she wanted (Pearl White) they ended up making her comfortable with purchasing a red cherokee (Which she absolutely loves by the way.) I have not yet met a salesman at this dealership that I find to be dishonest or unlikable. I have recommended this dealership to all I know looking to purchase a dodge vehicle. This being said, go to other dealerships and compare pricing. It does not hurt for you to know what other dealerships are going to charge you. Also, be aware of dealerships like Capital in Edmonton that will not give you an honest quote when talking to them. You should know what you would have to pay before you commit to the vehicle purchase. Do your self a favor if you want good, honest and down to earth service and at least go down to Stony Plain Chrysler and talk to Matt (The Car Ninja) or Stephen Butler. Part of this experience is being comfortable with the dealership and the people selling you the vehicle. Jason Villain

We recently purchased a 2013 Ram 1500 from Stony Plain Chrysler. Jourdain, our Sales Rep. went above and beyond for sure! Right from the start he was very personable. Great personality, and sense of humour. It made the experience very relaxing and easy. We felt so good about being there, we were in and out in a few hours! Amazing sense of humour, we all got along great through the whole experience of purchasing a new vehicle. The prices were fair, they took our counter offer seriously, which from the few other dealers we talked too they would absolutely not budge and not even get back to us with offers. The trade in price was extremely fair as well. As well, we lived about an hour out of Stony Plain. So when we agreed on some upgrades in the offer that would take an extra day to complete, they delivered the truck to our driveway themselves and took our trade in. Great service, they went out of their way for us instead of vice versa! Jourdain has even gone out of his way on checking in on us a few months after purchasing our vehicle and seeing how everything was. We are taking our vehicle in on a minor cosmetic fix (Stereo Upgrade, so not really a "fix"), and he set everything up! He even made sure it was all under warranty. Anyone we know looking for a vehicle we will send his way. And anyone reading these reviews, goes see Jourdain. He made buying a vehicle easy and painless!

I bought a Dodge from a Ford. I was in the market for my first pickup truck. I was just casually doing some online browsing and I had on the off chance mentioned it to my parents. They went out to Stony Plain Chrysler because thats where my old man bought his truck and were greeted and well looked after by Derek Ford. I came out the next day and met with Derek. We took my new 2015 Ram 1500 for a test drive and I was nothing but happy with it. Derek never made me feel pressured or rushed throughout the process. I greatly appreciated that as it was my first brand new vehicle. Derek was even kind enough to give me a lift home after my appointment as my ride was not available. Solid guy, and I had a real solid experience. Karen was also great in helping me get set up with the payment plan that worked with my pay schedule. Update! My A/C was never charged from the factory so I made I call to Derek Ford to get it looked at. I work Monday to Friday 9-5 so weekends are really the only time I can bring it in. Derek assured me that "we can squeeze you in" on Saturday as hes "around all day." Well I call Saturday morning as ask when I can bring it in. He asked me when my appointment was when we didnt schedule one. Now Im stuck without A/C for another week. Looks like Im gonna find somewhere else to get work done on my vehicle.

Took my 2010 Journey in for routine oil change and transmission flush. should have been simple NOT. I received my vehicle back with grease on the shifter, steering wheel and door handle. Plus my seat was not covered and had marks on it as well. 2 hours later I had a puddle of trani fluid under my vehicle. Take it back to the dealership and of course no mechanics on all gone home. The next day picked up vehicle and same thing the next morning a big puddle of trani fluid again. Here is where you debate about taking to another facility. I should have. 3rd time so far no leaks but my vehicle was not protected from mechanics greasy boots, hands and coveralls. Even my passengers seat has dirt and grease from some dumb ass. I would never recommend nor ever take a vehicle to this dealership again. Sad for them because my husband and son are looking to replace their older dodge trucks. Not even sure we will buy another dodge. This is not the first time I have had problems with service. Should have learned from the 2nd or 3rd time issues were not fixed properly from previous visits. The service writers were great but if a couple mechanics in the back, service manager and general maager dont give a _____ then why bother.

Without a doubt Stony Plain Chrysler dealership has the most incredible customer service ever! I recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from them and from the minute I pulled into the lot to just take a look, all the way up until I drove my amazing new car out of the lot, everyone was so kind! I never felt pressured to buy anything when I just went in to take a look around, instead I was given a lot of information about different Cherokee models which was so so helpful! Huge shout out and thank-you to my amazing sales rep Steve Butler for being so accommodating and helping me find the perfect vehicle at the perfect price! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle! Also, big thank-you to the manager, financial rep and everyone at the Stony Plain Chrysler dealership for making the process of buying my first new vehicle so wonderful!! Best car buying experience ever!
