My wife, Jane, and I are firm believers in shopping locally whenever possible, so since we were in the market for a small SUV and knew a new dealership was coming to town we waited until Spruce Grove Hyundai opened, as this was the type of vehicle we hoped to purchase. From the moment we walked through the doors at the dealership we felt comfortable and important. We were treated as valued friends, not just as a customer who as soon as a deal was completed, was forgotten. Everyone there, from Manny our salesman to sales managers Scott and Dan, to Casey, the GM, went out of their way to help us with our selection and point out the value in buying a vehicle suited to our needs not just the most expensive one they could convince us to buy. Since then we have been treated the same way from everyone at Grove Hyundai whenever we stop in at the dealership whether its with a question or simply just to say hi. We have yet to have any maintenance work done on our vehicle but we did order a set of running boards which they managed to secure within a day, which was amazing considering it was around Christmas time. Unfortunately the parts didnt come with installation instructions so Mike in the service department advised us of that and explained until they were sure how to properly install them they wouldnt do anything. While that sounds minor, it was a big deal to us as this showed care for our SUV and us as customers and that they wouldnt simply throw the boards on in order to get a cheque from us. The installation instructions did come the same day from Hyundai Canada but since it was later in the day we decided on bringing the vehicle back. It was no problem at all setting up a time, convenient to us, to have the work done - properly - and get a loaner vehicle at the same time. Our dealings with Spruce Grove Hyundai have been nothing short of amazing from the very start and as such we =have no hesitation in returning time and again for service work, and friendly conversation and strongly recommend this dealership to all our friends as they service all makes and models of vehicles. When shopping locally is this good, there really is no need to look anywhere else..

unfortunately our experience at spruce grove haundai a go auto dealership was very upsetting. My boyfriend purchased a used vehicle and I watched him be treated poorly during the process. This was his first vehicle purchase so needless to say he was excited about it. He was anxious to get on the road. He had deposits on the car, had gone through all the application process so he was clearly a serious buyer, and for days Grove go auto would not allow him to even take the vehicle for an extended test drive! He was only allowed to take it around the block. So he ended up having to rent a vehicle of the same model just to see if he liked it enough to invest thousands of dollars in it. He did like the vehicle and go auto did have it for a good price, they did arrange financing so that much was positive. 2 days in a row he was promised to have everything ready for the vehicle to be picked up and taken home ... they passed him around to everyone in the company, he rushed home from work and things were not ready and he was unable to drive the car for an extended test. Then on the 3rd day everything was signed, sealed and STILL they would not let him drive it off the lot. He was distraught!! He voiced his discontent and was treated very rudely and told he was stupid to think he could drive the car home that evening. On day 4 when he went to pick up the car all the joy of purchasing his first car was deflated. Although they finally let him take it home instead of being excited and proud he was completely disheartened and exhausted. To top it off the car was supposed to be detailed, and it may have been but it was dusty. Go auto did organize the sale of the car at a good price, however I have been treated with more respect from Toyota for a $49 oil change.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Scott Pratt, Sales Manager, was nothing close to helpful or professional. I’ve included photos of our e-mail correspondence for you to make your own judgment. Firstly, I’d like to apologize to anyone working at Spruce Grove Hyundai that doesn’t fit into the same category as Mr. Pratt but I honestly couldn’t let this go. After speaking with another sales manager(Dario) for a few weeks regarding a car that I was inquiring about, I had finally decided to buy, but like any other person looking for the right deal I inquired at another Hyundai location as well. I was VERY transparent with BOTH dealerships that they weren’t the only location I was dealing with and of course I would buy when I was ready and when I had the deal I wanted. Well, unfortunately Spruce Grove Hyundai was beat, so I wrote an email to their team to let them know I had signed with a different dealership, and thanked them for their time. The photos below will show you how Mr. Pratt decided to deal with the situation. Personally, I work in the service industry and I find what he wrote to be inexcusable and highly unprofessional. Especially considering that he decided to take a jab at my job?! Never in all of my 10+ years of working in the service industry would I treat a consumer like this or even try to make personal jabs. The only thing I can thank this man for is for reaffirming my decision to NOT go with this dealership.

I dont like car dealerships and I like car salesmen even less. But my recent experience at Spruce Grove Hyundai was amazing. Every single staff member was warm and friendly. We bought from Casey Morland and had the most wonderful experience. He listened to what WE wanted and never tried to sell us something that suited him better. He worked tirelessly to find us the perfect car for our youngest daughter and went above and beyond to get the best deal and car for our older daughter. He even voluntarily came in on his day off (!) to make sure that my girls were well taken care of. The building was exceptionally clean, the staff were ALL extremely pleasant, Karen and Courtney in the business office were absolutely lovely and we cant say enough nice things about Casey M. After being a die hard Dodge girl for the last twenty years, I can honestly say that I have no desire to go to any other dealership again. They even got Go Auto Insurance for my older daughter at a significantly lower price than Allstate was offering (even though we have been Allstate customers for many years!). And yes, we WILL be taking ALL of our vehicles there for service. Seriously impressed!!!

I usually get screwed when I buy a car. I dont know anything about vehicles and I dont dicker. I took backup with me this time and as it turned out I didnt need it. These guys bent over backwards for me to get me into my car at a price I was comfortable with ( and my backup was comfortable with). I will never buy a car from anyone else!!! I dealt with Casey and Scott, awesome guys!! The finance lady, Karen was great as well. I had to take my car in to have the remote starter looked at and the service guy, Mike was super!! I have had no problems with the service provided from this place. Everytime I go in they are just as friendly to me as when I bought the car, not your usual "oh you bought the car I can ignore you routine" that you usually get from car dealers. If you are looking to buy, new or used, definatly go here!!! You wont shop anywhere else, these guys will ruin you for other dealers:) If you say I refered you when you buy your car, you will get $500.00 to put towards your new vehicle, and I will get $500.00!! Who doesnt want an extra $500.00? Just tell them Holly Seely refered you:):):) Cheers :)
