Had the friendliest and most helpful experience in finding a new car. I felt no pressure to buy anything nor did he "push" for a sale, he simply just wanted to help me find a car and if he couldnt find anything that fit my wants, he was ok with that. I told him what I was looking for (mid size sedan with some luxury) and he ended up looking for something to find what I was looking for. I would recommend anyone who hates dealing with car salesmen to work with ian because I feel like he truly is trying to help you the best he can instead of making a quick buck.

Ian is the most honest, nice and helpful car salesman Ive met. He goes the extra mile for his customers. He took me to the registry and insurance company to get the car I bought registered and insured. I didnt feel pressured at all to buy the car like how I did with most other dealerships . Definitely will recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a car !

Horrible service with Ian! Would not recommend this company to anyone. Had my cousin drive down from Calgary to see this vehicle as he had an appointment booked to see it and had a mechanical inspection booked. This guys didnt even answer his phone until two days later!! Such a waste of our time and huge inconvenience for us.

Ian is the WORST CAR DEALER Ive ever delt with, very unprofessional. I got a ride all the way from Airdrie to Edmonton to check out one of his cars and Ian failed to mention the awful condition the car was in. DONT BUY A CAR FROM NORTH AUTO YOU WILL REGRET IT.
