My family has been using Kal tire for the last dozen years and the policy for changing to winter wheels and tires has always been first come first served. (We have tried in the past to book appointments and were told that they did not accept appointments for that service). So now suddenly they will not do it the way they have always done it. My wife was at the store an hour before they opened only to be told that they are fully booked and there is no chance for this Saturday or next. We always liked using Kal tires service as they used to treat customers very well, now their attitude is to tell the customers that they dont matter anymore and to go screw ourselves. There used to be something called customer service that seems like it might apply here. If there was an option for 0 out 5 stars I would have given them that.

Yesterday woke up to go out and had a flat tire.... put some air in it and drove down to kal tire too see if they could see what was wrong with tire.. found a screw in it. I need New tires before this fall too for my vehicle and i got a quote too. Amazing knowledge of tires there by patrick...and price was great too i was so impressed that I will be definitely buying my tires from kal tire. At end if my service i went to pay... and it was on the house... they appreciated my business and want me to return.. well I Will be for the fact you quoted me great price for tires and explained the differences and also outstanding service..thx again !!

Yesterday I was in a bad place with a flat on my trailer and I came into the store without an appointment, i was helped by an extraordinary man who told me they were very busy and that they would try to get it done .. needless to say the tire was repaired after the store was closed. I MUST say wow and thank you so much for. Going way above and beyond to help me out Kal Tire crew earned my five star ⭐️ and then some !!

They handled my tires no problem, but I had a concern about my brakes needing to be replaced or maybe it was just a rock. When I picked my truck up I was told "your brakes are fine man" the squeeling and grinding didnt stop so the next day I took a look for myself... brakes were beyond finished and a rotor was severely engraved making me believe they didnt even look.

Ive been waiting for almost two weeks for my car to be fixed. I had to wait for a week just for the mechanic to look at my car and now Im being told I wont be getting my car until Monday after being told I could pick it up today. I have a job and responsibilities, I cant be waiting around for one part to be fixed on my car. I definitely will not be going back.

Took a set of rims and tires in to have them Unmounted because i was selling the rims. When the guy came to pick them up he pointed out that the 2 of the rims had damage to the lip, I know for a fact it wasnt like that when they were dropped off. Ended up haveing to take money off the price due to the shops incompetence. Will never take anything to them again.

went in to get my tires changed over and the tech was trying to sell me everything possible. i came in for a change over not a bunch of other things. they must have wasted 45 mins trying to quote out prices and presenting it to me. George was pretty rude about it too. i think a new management team would help this location.

Brought my vehicle in with no appointment and had two seperate issues addressed same day including a full brake job. Very quick service with great communication! Ive also had 2 loose tires repaired with much the same results. Will continue to do business with in the future.

I had a fabulous experience getting new tires at Kal tire in spruce grove, the staff were great to deal with, gave me options and reasonable affordable pricing and were willing to work with me. The service was prompt and professional, highly recommend! Felt well taken care of.

15 minutes before close friday night was willing to repair my flat tire after a couple other tire places refused me service so close to closing. Then watched as their sales guys continued to help customers after they closed because of the first snow fall of the season.

Awful experience they tried to charge me for a steering rod that wasnt damaged at all. I have talked to other people where they say something is damaged and its fine, dont take your vehicles to spruce grove go out to Acheson where you will receive much better service.
