Ive been a customer for around 5 years had a bad experience this morning stoped in prior to doors opening to have tires installed on my truck. I had an emergency job come up the previous night so needed to get going as soon as I could. I would have made an appointment the previous night but have been told on other occasions that it was first come first serve. Pulled up prior to doors opening second in door. Was told I was 4th in line. Hmmmmmmmm. The irratating part is the way they responded to my questioning on how I could be fourth young guy says they beat you here second in door at a first come first serve place. hmmmmmm. So I phone the owner and ask how I could be 4th his dumas answer is they have cameras that tell him whose here first. Fair enough I understand how a line up works. But how did the 2 other names get in the appointment book. Response was a jibberish. Let him know a long time customer wasnt coming back his response was " OK thank you " Easy come easy go I guess.

Basically after being a long time customer I felt mistreated by the young owner. My daughter was scared into purchasing new tires because they " couldnt let her drive on the existing tires as she would have an accident " . $350.00 later, for two tires, they inform her that her suspension needs repair and thats why the tires wore out. The very next day I returned with the car and they gave me a $900.00 estimate for repair. I stated that it was a $1500.00 car and too much to invest. He agreed. I asked if by chance they would take the new tires back. The young man laughed in my face. For years I always dealt with the father. Seems like he forgot to teach the boy some manners. I will never return and will spread the word to all who will listen. DISAPPOINTED BEYOND BELIEF.

Update: Aug 2017 - Was just in this morning with a leaky tire due to a piece of metal stuck in it...they repaired it quickly and didnt even charge me a penny. (And these are my factory tires that came with my SUV.) Youre not gonna find better service anywhere else in Stony! Ive used Integra Tire in Stony Plain for several years now...and its the same great experience every time I go in there. Very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable service...and their shop runs like a well oiled machine. My vehicle comes back clean and in the same condition I dropped it off in, and after many summer/winter tire change-overs Ive never had any scrapes or damage to any of my rims. They also have a fantastic first-come first-serve system in place.

You just cant beat their service! Friendly, knowledgeable, not in any way pushy of products. I bought winter tires but my mom hadnt. She had two flats one day and these guys fixed them. ...for free! Just fantastic! Now you may think this is just a one off fluke. No sir! Ive lived in stony plain for 8 years. Ive had the same service under their old franchise name then, as i do under Integra tire to this day. I really cant fault them and you really dont get the family style service in many tire shops these days. Well done guys! Keep it up! 10 star service! !!

I would have to say a huge satisfied customer! Recommend to anyone! Great staff, helpful, quick and cares for your safety. I had a baby in the vehicle and they said to me..I can get 2 safely in your vehicle but my concern is the safety of your baby! Can you come back another time or day or whichever is good for you as I would hate for the other 2 tires to hurt the baby! They marked them with my name and tucked them away for me! Great job guys!! It impressed me!!

Ive bought 4 sets of tires and had 5 alignments services done at Integra Tire under their current and past franchise names. There is a reason I keep going back with a variety of cars. You will not find better customer service. Extremely fast, polite, and knowledgeable. On the single occasion where my tire order didnt show up, they knocked another 20% off the bill and prioritized my service. My son and I where in/out in under an hour with new balanced and aligned tires.

Top notch service, as always. My wife and I purchased an SUV and needed winter tires badly. The young owner who has been taking care of us for at least 15 years was able to help us out in a pinch. Everyone at this shop is very knowledgeable and its good to know you can still get great "mom and pop" customer service amongst all the competition out there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Keep it up guys.

The best place to get tires or repairs done reasonable rates and there is no place that will stand behind their products like Larry and his staff. I have been dealing with Larry and Merlin for over 25 years starting at the old location not once have I had a bad experience there I will never buy tires anywhere else even if you pay a little more the service and warranty is well worth it

Had a great experience with this shop today. Tried going to a convenience store to put air in our RV tire and found it wasnt working so we decided to ask Integra Tire if they would put a bit of air in the tires. The gentlemen we spoke with was very polite and helpful. He didnt even hesitate to help us. And he didnt charge us anything. Would definitely recommend pp0

I have been dealing with Integra tire for a few years and Shaun and Larry are fantastic! They are always willing to go the extra mile, they have done not only all of my tires but other things for me to including brakes and oil changes! Totally worth going to check them out if you are in the market for new tires! Friendly knowledgable staff!

WOW! I really dont know how these guys could get any better. I have been a customer for over 12 years and other than being busy in the busy times(If your getting you winters on plan ahead and dont wait for the snow to fly) this family run business is exceptional. Do yourself a favor and make this your tire shop, local or not.

Great customer service plus swapping from winter to summer wheels and tires is free. And they noticed the nail in my tire i forgot about and fixed that while i was there.
