I was in a fender bender March 29/16. I brought my Car to Grove Collision Apr 7/16 for an appraisal. First they told me that my car could not leave because they had to bust off the hood. A week later I contacted then for the appraisal amount and they hadnt even opened the hood yet to finish. Then about two weeks later they told me the amount of damages and that they had to order parts for it which the parts wouldnt be in till May 6. So They told me to get a rental for the time being. Then I called May 2 to see how the repairs were coming and they hadnt even started. And told me May 12 was the new date. I was okay with that. Then I called them a few days before May 12 and again hadnt started the repairs. and then told me May 24. At this point I was livid. Almost 2 months since my accident and they lied to hold my Car. Got my Car back on May 21. Got it serviced alignment was missed. And they decided to be careless when fixed and damaged the side seals to my windshield ( both sides came loose while driving). The little clips to hold them hand been snapped off. So July 2 was the day my car was completely fixed. Luckily Crystal Glass did the last portion because they have never failed me or my family. I am so irritated and livid with them. I went there because of good reviews on here and I was completely let down by their terrible service. Yes they fixed the issues that they caused but that should have never happened in the first place. They need real mechanics that are gentle and careful with vehicles and actually care about the outcome.

I am not pleased with the "service" I received from this body shop and would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. When I first received by vehicle back after the accident, the front bumper and hood were replaced and put on crooked. The hood was hanging over on one side and had a gap on the other side, same as the bumper. There was also a popping noise whenever I went over a bump in the road. I took it back and they fixed the hood and bumper BUT the paint was chipped!! AGAIN they had to take it to fix the paint on the parts they had JUST replaced. As for the popping noise, they said it was just snow and ice buildup. Over the holidays I put my car in the heated garage for a week and when I took it out the noise was still there - meaning it was more than just ice. They did an alignment and gave it back, noise was still there. Finally after complaining to my insurance company they took it for a ride and said, "there is something wrong." Took it to a different shop and they said the strut needed to be replaced, which they did. Thank you Grove Collision for a headache over Christmas, having poor quality service and not listening to a girl!

Very professional. Saw our vehicle for an estimate the same afternoon we called them. They quoted us 1 day for the repair, and it was completed early afternoon, giving us plenty of time to pick the vehicle up before closing. Offered to handle the rental car for us, but we did it ourselves. We had our right passenger tail light repaired and a small dent in the rear bumper. Looks brand new. Best part was they completely cleaned the truck inside and out without being asked. The only trouble we had was a 4 day delay in trying to book the truck in because of an issue with the insurance company and its paperwork. Nearly flawless, but all in all a very good experience.

Couldnt be more happy with my experience here! They got me in right away to give me a quote and I was scheduled for repairs the following week. They handled everything with my insurance and set up my rental vehicle which was also a good experience. My vehicle was ready a day early and looked brand new!! They also cleaned the vehicle inside and out (which I feel may have been more work than the actual repair lol). Great customer service all around! Thank you!

Absolutely horrible service. Treated like we were not worth their time. Their mechanics damaged our vehicle, and when we asked that it be fixed, they refused. The owner himself refused to help us after pleading with him on the phone multiple times. They were rude and unhelpful and we will never go here again. I would not even recommend this place to an enemy. Bad service, damaged car. Huge waste of time. Go somewhere else.

Grove collision painted my 2013 Sierra after it was damaged and went over and above the needed repairs for the vehicle. They even replace broken parts on the truck without even telling them about it. Im very happy with there quick service and would recommend this place without a doubt.

Such wonderful service! I hit a deer with my jeep and they did repairs- it looked brand new! This was in December and when summer came I noticed my AC wasnt working. They fixed it with no issues and even washed my jeep. Again- so accommodating. I recommend them!

Had been here a few times with my car and not a single time had it been effortless. Always an issue. One time they even "forgot" to put my fog lights back in. Not sure how that works but this place was crap for me.

Awful hack job on my truck, brought back twice, when I told them it looked terrible there response was "Black vehicles are hard to work on" some professionals there!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS!
