The owner Dwayne has the worst customer service skills I have ever come across!! Shipped half the parts of one of my orders. Denied that they werent all there. I had to pay for the parts a second time. I was told unless I could supply a receipt he would not honor the purchase. On top of that he charged me to ship the new parts to replace the damaged ones and then charged me again to ship the damaged parts back to him. After shipping the parts back it took two and a half months of calling to remind him that I had not gotten a refund. This is after Ive spend thousands upon thousands of dollars purchasing parts through his company. This shows no respect or loyalty of any kind for his clients. I do not recommend George Moir. Old Car Center in BC is much better to deal with.
