I ordered winter tires and wheels from them on Wednesday and was told they wouldbe put on Thursday or Friday. I called on Thursday and was told the wheels had not arrived yet. Then I called on Friday and was told they wouldnt be in until next week. I told Susan that I had been told by Steve that they would be in Thursday or Friday. She then said that I had ordered a whole different tire with her previously which was absolutely not true. She had no record of the tires I wanted having been ordered. They listen terribly, lie outright, and fail to order things you ask for. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DEAL WITH THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT. You will regret it.

(Oct.27,2011) Very poor customer service. Ordered winter tires that they had to get in from Kelowna, BC even though a store in the city had them. Went to pay for them and get them installed... showed up at around 2PM on a Thursday, no one else in the store, was told they would not install the tires as a waiter. I was told I would have to leave my car at there store from 7:30-5 on Friday if I wanted them installed. Very unimpressed. Will NEVER buy from them again and will NOT recommend them to anyone.

One of the tires we purchased had a small defect. The owner insisted on replacing it with another tire even though the defect was not dangerous. Considering many people in his position would never have said anything and let us leave with it, I really appreciated and respected the way he handled it.

The people at Fountain Tire Spruce Grove are excellent. They take the time to explain, they look to provide you with the product best suited to meet your needs and your budget. The technicians take the time to troubleshoot and make recommendations. A good tire shopping experience always.

Worst customer service. I generally like fountain tire but this location has the worst customer service. I have bought two sets of tires through them and they wont even offer a complementary seasonal change even though the Edmonton shops will for customer loyalty. I am very disappointed.

Been getting my tires done here since last November and I keep coming back. I just got brand new winters on and my car drives like a dream now. The tires showed up the day after I called and everything was ready for me. Solomon is who I tend to deal with and its always a pleasure!

will not do free rotation as most other places will (Kal tire, ok tire, etc), receptionist definitely has lack of knowledge in the tire buisness, damaged my rims when removed from truck, stay away far far away, will not purchase tires here again

Tried Fountain Tire Spruce Grove after Leduc left a bad taste in my mouth 10 years ago. The 3 times Ive been to this Fountain Tire have been great. Good friendly staff, and no games!
