I JUST HAD MY CAR REPAIRED AT FIX AUTO COLLISION IN SPRUCE GROVE, ALBERTA , AND I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR ALL THEIR HELP AND KINDNESS. THE LADIES AT THE FRONT COUNTER WERE EXCEPTIONALLY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL ! THEY ARRANGED FOR ME TO HAVE A RENTAL CAR TO DRIVE WHILE MINE WAS BEING SERVICED. WHEN I WENT IN TO PICK UP MY CAR AGAIN, THE MEN WHO HAD REPAIRED IT HAD ALSO CLEANED IT AND LEFT IT IN IMMACULATE CONDITION ! I CANT SAY ENOUGH FOR ALL THE GREAT SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED, AND ID RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ! LISA KEGEL

Came in to do an estimate and was happy with the price. Booked an appointment for 3 weeks later. Came in for the appointment and was told that they didnt even order the part needed and that they didnt even have an appointment that day for me at all. Terrible customer service experience.
