This has to be the worst car rental place in the history of the world. They check you out of there so fast without really going over the car in detail and then try and make you pay for stuff that was already there when you picked it up. A slight gradual dent, with no mark was there when I picked it up and when I dropped it off - the new staff member looked at the car for 15 minutes before trying to tell me I caused damage to the vehicle. My photos show me this was there when I picked it up (not that you can even see anything). Do yourself a favour and rent elsewhere. Its not worth the trouble... youll regret it! Budget rent a car has much friendlier service and are in the business of helping you out. 0 stars out of 10 if I could.

Terrible service. I tried to rent a vehicle as they told the local airport they wanted the business of anyone flying in. I phoned three times to confirm what I wanted to do and was told three different things. On the last call they told me they would meet me at the airport with the car. I was left stranded as the first person that I talked to ignored what the other two told me would happen and "cancelled". Totally unprofessional. Call Budget.

Avoid at all costs! My daughter rented from this company (down-town location) when her car was rear-ended and, when she got the car, they forgot to record a dent in the door so, when she returned the car (to the Spruce Grove location), they claimed that the dent was now larger and now the entire door had to be replaced at a cost of over $1200. How is pre-existing damage now considered entirely her responsibility?

I had rented from this location years ago and the service then was not the best, so I was doubtful when our insurance company sent us there for our claim. What a wonderful surprise! It is clear that they changed their manager because we felt welcome and got nothing but quick, friendly service throughout the process. Thank you for making our interaction so easy and you have regained us as a future customer.

Reading some of the negative reviews made me a little bit nervous to rent from this location but to my delight the gentleman there were very helpful and positive really great attitudes and were able to handle all of our needs and more!!! I would definitely rent again from this location very happy with the staff and everything they did for us .

Place is a joke I dont think anyone answers a phone yet you walk in there and 3 people are sitting around doing nothing its ran by a bunch of lazy people its deuce grove you have maybe half a dozen cars at one time get off your ass and do something very disappointed would have rather gone to a different company
