A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND THE STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONALLY KIND AND IN PARTICULAR, THE GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF NISARG ( FRANK ) WHO CAME TO THE AUTO BODY REPAIR PLACE I HAD TAKEN MY CAR TO BE FIXED, AND DROVE ME BACK TO DISCOUNT RENTALS WHERE WE COMPLETED THE PAPER WORK . I HAD REQUESTED A SMALLER CAR AND HE SET UP FOR ME TO DRIVE A FORD ESCAPE 4X4 WHICH WAS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE AND A JOY TO DRIVE. WHEN MY CAR WAS REPAIRED, HE DROVE ME BACK TO THE REPAIR SHOP FOR ME TO PICK UP MY CAR. HE WAS COURTEOUS, KIND, AND VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING TO ME HOW MY RENTAL VEHICLE WORKED. I WOULD VERY MUCH RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL COMPANY TO ANYONE, ANY DAY !

Awesome rental car experience. Discount goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Frank (Spruce Grove location) provided me with excellent service and showed genuine concern for the customers experience by following up (via telephone) to see if I was happy with the rental and again after I returned the car to ensure that my overall experience was good. Frank was quick to put me in a rental after my auto accident and made the process a very good experience. I have tried one other rental place in Spruce Grove but Discount made me feel like I was a VIP all the way. Highly recommend this rental company if you are in need.
