Just installed a dual exhaust kit on a pickup. Couldnt get the hangers on to our liking so we took it in to let the "professionals" finish it for us and get it all tightened up and hung properly. Came to pick it up and stainless tips were installed and all connections were tack welded. No hangers were installed and nothing was tightened(clamps). Went and asked the mechanic to come and tighten everything up, and he acted like it was the end of the world. I specifically showed the owner what I had already done to the truck and what I wanted done before we picked it up, which I guess he never relayed properly to his employee. So we never even made it down the street and the pipes were rattling off the hitch and flopping all over. Oh did I mention they charged me $300 for tacking the connections and installing the tips I supplied. Not impressed and I couldnt get any money refunded off the bill at all. Poor customer service and absolutely no customer retention.

Absolute honesty and integrity! Phil the owner treated me with respect, took the time to explain my era of vehicle and never rushed the conversion once. Derek took my vehicle in on short notice (same day), called me one hour later to inform my vehicle was in great working condition, needed nothing, and complimented my vehicle (15 year old Ford F-150). I thought I was hearing a noise in the front end and expected a front end inspection. In fact they checked everything bumper to bumper and informed me of the condition of all areas being a clean bill of health! Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to Bluenose Racing, it was a relief to hear the good news and I will absolutely be a repeat customer! Thank you very much, I am now driving with the piece of mind knowing my truck is safe!

Took me in on short notice when I was passing through , broke down and needed to be towed to the shop.(emergency rad and hose repair). He fixed me up so I could get back on the road. Good communication skills on the phone and it was good to support a local small business. I didnt feel I was overcharged which is always a risk in the automotive industry.

cant be trusted bunch of crooks took my truck for electrical could not find the problem 800 later took it to napa 300 and a used part 100 fix the problem and 2.5 hours
