Absolute did amazing work on my car and finished it on time like promised. But it isnt because of their mechanical capabilities that I would return to Absolute or refer them to friends and family. I will be praising Absolute on more than just that to anyone that is willing to listen because of the kind of business they run. I missed not one but two appointments for my vehicle, instead of getting annoyed with me and giving up on my business, Absolute called twice to keep booking me in and would laugh with me about how forgetful I had been. I was embarrassed to go in and show my face but they were so friendly and happy to finally see me show up for an appointment! They arranged for a rental for me and picked up my car from Enterprise, and returned it when I got my car back. When I went to pick my car up from Absolute I found it outside and running in -15 weather, with the heated seat carefully turned on for me so I wouldnt have to drive home in an ice box. Not only did they fix my bumper but they had washed the outside and cleaned the inside of my vehicle too! I was so impressed by the entire crew at Absolute, and I cannot thank them enough for being an honest, proud and thoughtful company. I will definitely be returning and sending as much business their way as I can.

I am from out of town and on the highway my sunroof shattered. I had to drive back to Calgary and called up Absolute Collision Center to see if they could help me. They told me to come over right away and cleaned and taped up my sunroof for free in 15 minutes! Exceptional service!

If vehicle needs fixing this is the place to go. I hit a deer with my car and they fixed it up without a hitch. Not a single issue and they were very friendly. Definitely will go back if need be :)

They do great work, but whats the point in arranging a pick up if they dont bother picking you up and forgetting about you... Not impressed with reception.
