We were travelling from Banff back to home in Ontario and we experienced some issues with our RV on the side of the Highway. We used google to find your dealership and my husband called and spoke with Gord in your rv service department. Gord talked my husband through getting us fixed enough to safely make it to your dealership then proceeded to temporarily make repairs to get us home to be fixed, as you couldnt get our unit in for full repairs for days. He was pleasant professional and went out of his way to help us over what I am sure was his lunch break. I work in the service industry, am a business owner myself, and Its encouraging to know there are businesses still that breed this cutlture. This is a culture I try so very hard to encourage in my own offices so always make a point of acknowledging it elsewhere when I encounter it. Thank you again Gord and Honda Magic!
