My 26 year old daughter took her 2015 RVR that has 30,000 kms and is in immaculate condition from no pets, no kids and no smoke and she was offered 15, 500.00. When she phoned me, I told her that was an insult and that she should leave. When the salesman heard this, he left and came back and said, "Oh sorry, that was a mistake." Luckily my daughter did not believe him. That she said, I wont consider anything less than 20,000.00 and he came back and offered her 19, 500.00 for her trade in for a Renegade. Then she left and they phoned and offered her 20,000.00. Please caution your daughter if she is going to this dealership to not go alone and to stand firm when they try to take advantage of her like they tried to take advantage of my daughter. Please note, the Blackbook value of 2015 RVR is between 21,000.00 and 24,000.00. My daughter showed the salesman the Blackbook page and his statement was, "The Blackbook is not a good tool, as it doesnt take into consideration the market." My daughter responded with, "Then why do you have it as a link on your website." The salesman did no have an answer for her. Without even seeing her vehicle another dealership in Central Alberta offered her 20,000.00, later that same day. My daughter will be going to that dealership. I do not recommend this Mountain View Dodge. Unfortunately, to post his review, I had to give them one star.

I went to Mountain View looking for a good low mileage Durango because these guys seemed to be much more price competitive than other dealerships I visited and had a good selection of vehicles. Thomas did a great no pressure sales job selling me the car I wanted and was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond to all my requests. On the trade-in side of my deal Jason gave me a great price on my trade-in. He impressed me by being the only guy/dealership who actually stood by his initial offer for my truck when it came down to crunching the numbers and didnt play the usual games where other dealerships all of a sudden decide they cant live up to there original offer and proceed to beat you up. Everyone I dealt with including the finance guy Justin and receptionist Mary were very friendly and provided a nice experience. It was well worth the drive from Calgary and Id definitely recommend people take the short drive up the QE II and see the difference from dealing with the dealerships in Calgary. If all dealerships were like these guys buying a car would be a much nicer experience. Thanks guys, hope they get you some blinds or tint on your showroom windows Thomas (hahaha). Webb

I will try to make a long story short. I had been searching for a good, used truck and my search led me to Mountain View Dodge in Olds, Alberta (I live near Vancouver, B.C.) I found a truck online and inquired about it. Within a very short amount of time I was contacted by Jeffre, who gave me information about the truck and answered my questions honestly. I made the long trek out to Alberta (10 hours) to look and this vehicle and to see if I liked it enough to bring it home. This truck was amazing. Jeffre and Justin made my purchase of this vehicle easy and before I knew it I was heading back to BC with a new truck. I would like to stress the integrity of this particular dealership. I have never dealt with any other like it. Shortly after my purchase I had a small minor issue with the truck. The people at this dealership made sure that they were the ones to solve the issue for me even though I was a 1000 km away. Arrangements were made at a local dealership and they took care of everything! I could never thank them enough. The customer definitely comes first at this dealership. Top notch all the way!!

Brought a vehicle for inspection on Jan 16, 2017 and everything worked great when we brought in. A $195.00 inspection turned into $1,180.00 when they told us our lights wouldnt work when they worked fine right until the morning we brought it in for inspection. Extremely dissapointed and felt completely ripped off!!. Besides Im getting a new noise out of the intake since taking it in. I need to take it to another mechanic to look at which will cost me even more!! Expected more from a small town dealer who relies more on repeat customers than a bigger city dealership. I will never go back again and dont recommend this dealership to anyone. I should have read other service reviews about this place before going in. I am not the only one these guys ripped off. Do yourselves a favour and go somewhere else!!!

This Dodge dealership has a fast turnover for parts and service staff and they still cant figure out how to do a proper job. Weve bought new vehicles from them 3 times, and the service we get is horrid. Just this month alone Ive had my dodge in twice for engine troubles. The truck parts werent in stock, so I had to order them and book an appointment to get it fixed. The morning of my appointment (that I booked) I was fifth in line behind walk ins and the service staff had no idea why I was there or where the parts I ordered were. What a joke. Drive the twenty minutes to Innisfail where youre treated with real service and they respect your time.

Took my 2012 jeep wrangler there for warranty work.. they told me warranty wouldnt cover my front differential issues which they said I needed a complete rebuild at a cost if almost 5000$.... I took my jeep home and it sat in my backyard untill last night.. I decided to take the diff apart and see for myself.. the bearings caps carrier ring and pinion showed no signs of damage.. the spider gears had 2 teeth between the four gears that had a couple chips in them.. needless to say replacing those damaged gears would have simply fixed the problem.. but running it as is, is just fine.. they are out to get your money..thats it.

The people who work at this dealership are #1 in my eyes! They did everything in their power to keep things as low cost as possible. I had an electrical problem in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler and anyone who has had electrical problems knows it is hard to diagnose and can be extremely expensive to fix. These Guys went above and beyond as far as Im concerned. I saw SIX employees discussing a variety of options that would keep things as low cost as possible for me. You can bet Ive never seen that anywhere else before! When they say they treat customers like their Mothers; they truly do!

Took my vehicle in to get the brakes looked at. I was told parts were ten days out. Make an appointment three weeks later to get the brakes done. I bring the vehicle in and drop it off. Get a phone call stating that the parts arent in and itll be another three weeks for parts or I can get them over-nighted for an additional cost. I never received a phone call in three weeks about the parts not coming in? Took me three days trying to reach the service department just to make the appointment. No sorry for the inconvenience or any sort of apology. Thanks, Mountain View Dodge.
