At the beginning of November I had occasion to deal with Graham and Bonnie of Family Auto Sales in Carstairs. During the sales process, I was treated in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. They were straightforward and honest in all aspects of the sales process. This was a refreshing change from what I experienced in the past when purchasing a new vehicle. Usually a customer has to put up with sales gimmicks, delay and high pressure tactics, and then be hit with extra charges such as security fees, tire fees, and administrative costs. None of this happens at Family Auto Sales. I highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to make an automobile purchase and wants to be treated in a straightforward honest manner while at the same time not overpaying for a vehicle.

Went in here to buy a used car and was talked down to the entire time and they did not take my business seriously, did not give good answers to my questions or put any customer service forward at all. I assume it was because I am younger than most who come in and brought my parents in to help me as they know more than I. However, I had my own money to purchase a vehicle with without their aid and yet he spoke to me as if I was a spoiled brat and my parents should get the vehicle or even a newer one. I took my business elsewhere, so I suppose it was their loss. "Family" oriented not so much, very dissapointed in how I was treated and the customer service.

I phoned Graham, the owner and we negotiated a car sale over the phone, I was in Edmonton, and found he had a 2010 Kia soul, I tried to buyone from an Edmonton Dealership but they had so many additional admin charges the price was more then $2000 more then advertised. Graham was very straight forward and told me what price needed, I agreed and he had the car in perfect condition, better then the picture. Hi wife Bonnie is wonderful and the total transaction too less then 15mins once I got there. If you want honesty in the car business deal with these guys, sincerely Paul Curcio

Me and my girl went over to Family to look at a ford fusion, their auto sales approach to assesing the value of a trade was typical, your car is maybe worth a $1000.00 for a 2003??? When we made a casual offer on the fusion the man in charge said we dont negotiate. I said its a used car everyone dickers a little. He just blew up and literally took the keys from my girlfriends hands while saying I dont think you can afford this car and then stormed off like a chastised child. Graham and Bonnie were great to deal with, they were straight forward and honest from the first phone call to the final signing of the sale papers. Id highly recommend Family Auto. I researched into the vehicles we were looking at, and compared to other dealerships the prices were excellent.
