Unfortunately, my experience with this RV dealer is not good. I purchased the trailer from them in May this year only because they carry the model I really liked. The trailer was purchased brand new and I decided not to pick it up right away but once I will go for my first camping trip in June. This gave them almost a month to get it ready. My negative experience started on a day I was supposed to do the final walk through. The walk through was scheduled for 10:00 am. At 8:30 they called me if I still want to do the walk through as the trailer is "little bit" dirty due to alleged power outage the day before. I was already on the road there so I said I will still come, thinking "you guys had it for a while now a knew for several days when my walk though is scheduled and you did not have time to get it ready?" and "why did you not let me know yesterday it wont be ready for the morning?". Anyways, we did walk through which was very brief. The trailer was filthy from the outside and inside. The slides were never pulled out, we just went through very main stuff. They promised to fix small items (aka TV installed unevenly, one back splash sticker was peeling off etc.), clean it and have it ready for my first trip. When I went for my first camping, I pulled the slides out and went through the trailer again myself. I was shocked by the amount of deficiencies I found. First off, there was a huge tear in the brand new lino. The crank handle was broken, lots of screws were missing and all blind were bended. Since I had several camping trips booked, I took pics of all deficiencies and sent them to the dealership. They said to bring it for fixing when ever I want. So I brought it there at the end of July. They had the trailer for 2 weeks. Promised to fix the lino that I wont even see the tear as well as all other items I wrote down on the paper for them. When my partner picked it up, I was notified all items were fixed and checked off on the list. However.... The windows blinds are still bended. They have not touch those.... The lino tear is simply glued back to the ground..... I am very disappointed. I think I dont have too high expectations when I say I expect the new thing to look as new and expect people to check off fixed things as fixed when they REALLY are fixed?! I dont feel like dealing with them again simply because they totally failed me on customer service side. I dont recommend them at all. They promise and lot and deliver nothing.

I have bought 2 trailers over the years from this family run dealership. The first one was a used travel trailer and then we bought a new fifth wheel. Sales, Parts and Service staff all went above and beyond in my opinion. I was looking for a very specific hitch and trailer set up for an ultra short bed 1/2 ton truck and they found exactly the solution I was looking for, even though I wasnt convinced it was even possible. I have had my trailer winterized and a few warranty issues resolved seamlessly through the service dept. I have bought a ridiculous amount of extras for our trailer from their parts dept. I would wholeheartedly recommend these folks for anything RV related. It is definitely worth the very short drive to Carstairs.

We were travelling through Alberta when we ran into an issue with our trailer. We contacted carstairs RV and spoke to Kat, who works in service. Kat was so awesome, she got us in quickly, on the same day, to have the issue looked at. She also took care of the warranty for us so we didnt have to worry. Amazing customer service. Great place to deal with, would highly recommend. The technician who worked on the trailer was also great and as well as fixing the original issue, he noticed that our hitch was set up incorrectly and went out of his way to adjust it without charging us.

It hurts me to write this review because I used to like this dealership. I made a appointment for my fifth wheel to get winterized and look at a couple things. It took them 3 weeks before they even looked at my unit which is crazy. The answer was because they just had a big sale and seeing that I didnt buy my rv from them everyone who did buy from them gets to go first and with the big sale they had come before me as well. Im a paying service customer and with that policy says they dont want my money and as well will stop me to ever consider buying my next rv from them.

Purchased 2017 Montana 3160 RL from these guys. Took trailer in under warranty 9 months later because of battery drain issue. Battery goes totally dead in three days while in storage. Service manager says there is nothing wrong. I said thats not acceptable and it needs to be fixed. Over six weeks now and multiple phones calls they still have the trailer. Take your business elsewhere.

I purchased a used trailer in spring/summer and Ive had a wonderful experience. While camping near buy in the Sundre area I had a problem with a hot water bypass or other i think and I called our sales man Larry and he came out himself to fix the unit on his way through. Its nice to know that he was a licensed RV technician, I got two for one on this deal. Thank you so much!
