Bought my truck 2013 F-150 limited used in May 2016 didnt have any issues, only complaint was the tires were pretty much at their wear point. It would have been nice to see them have new rubber on the vehicle there was 4/32nds of tread. I have taken my truck in there for service and have not had any issues their shop rates are cheaper than in Calgary and the work done is honest. Recently took it in as the underspray was coming off they said it would be covered under warranty. Turns out the previous owner did the spray himself or had another shop do it. I had been told by a previously employed sales associate that it had been sprayed. As such we came to an agreement that they would apply the underspray at 50% off. The work was done quite well and Im happy. I definitely will continue to bring my vehicle there for service

Josh Bernhard was awesome to deal with, unfortunately he left for Dodge. I would work with him on buying a truck again in a heart beat! I had expressed concerns over the price of my vehicle being higher than negotiated on during my review from Ford and they took my comments seriously. I received a phone call immediately after trying to correct the situation, which was resolved in a timely manner. I really feel that they listened to me and took measures to ensure I was truly happy, which I am for sure now!!!

We run a tow company....having to drop Off a customers vehicle after hours because the poor man broke down....get here....everything is blocked and closed....no contact numbers what so ever to call anyone.....do these dealerships not realize at times cusomers vehicles break down late nights and need to be dropped off??!! At leaSt have contact numbers! ! Or a space at least where we can drop them off !!

They took $500 from us, and refused to return the money even when we contacted them hours later. They refused to make anything right to us. Once they have your dollar they dont care about you at all! Would give less then 1 star if possible!
