When I brought my vehicle in for service on Aug. 14th Wayne was the one who dealt with the service of my vehicle. I arrived bright and early that morning and he greeted me with a big smile and a good morning. I was treated as a valued customer but most importantly I was treated with respect. This is of the utmost importance to me when I come to a dealership. Being a woman and having to deal with these things on my own , this respect from men working in a dealership, in whatever department, is something I am cognizant of. If I dont receive that respect my business will not be there and that would be instantaneous. I had to call Wayne that morning as well due to forgetting to tell him something, again he as very respectful and listened to what I was trying to explain. He had called at noon to tell me it was ready, as promised. When I picked my vehicle up, Wayne was gone for lunch. I did stop back in with a couple of questions later that day after looking at the work order and once again, very helpful, friendly and respectful. Today, I popped back in to have the tires re-torqued and Wayne again greeted my in a friendly, respectful and helpful manner. Impressive!!

I bought a car this weekend and to say the service was above amazing would be an understatement! Nick Hunter was my salesman and he was exceptional! It was my first car purchase, and the team at Cam Clark Ford in Olds made it so easy. I am from British Columbia and was a bit nervous about the process of buying a car in Alberta and then bringing it back to BC, but it was so incredibly easy. First of all, they had a driver (Al) pick me up at the Calgary airport, which is an hour away! The assistant manager, Cory Bond, made sure he met me when I arrived in Olds and before leaving to make sure I had the best experience possible. Robin Brooke in the finance department also explained everything so well and even came in on his day off before catching a flight that afternoon. My future vehicle purchases will definitely be at Cam Clark Ford Olds, and I will be telling everyone to do the same if they want the best experience possible!

Nick Hunter is AMAZING!! I had been shopping for an EDGE for a while and had talked to Nick about a week ago about the one that I purchased yesterday. I was having a rough day - Our Diesel Pickup was stolen while my husband was working up north of Edmonton. I needed to go pick him up and wanted my EDGE right away. Within 2 hours Nick & Robin had me on the road in my new vehicle and on my way to rescue my husband. Nick is not your stereotypical salesperson. He is straight forward, personable and very diligent. He also has a great sense of humor which was a huge asset yesterday :)

I was working in Olds when my work truck started having light problems. The people at Cam Clark ford where very accommodating and able to work around my schedule so I didnt have any down time. The management staff were very friendly, one of them even giving me a ride from my hotel in her own car to pick up my truck after hours. The technician who worked on my truck did a very good job of fixing it, even when the problem was difficult to find. All told, my experience with the people at Cam Clark at Olds was really good, and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I started a lease on a new 2017 Ford Fusion on August 04. Nick Hunter was my Sales Guru. He answered all my questions with ease and without hesitation. Thank you for an awesome buying experience, Nick. Robin Brooke (the #s guy,) played an important role in my success to obtain a new vehicle. Probably the worst car dealership experience I have ever had. A salesman who didnt know his vehicle, made promises that the sales manager later said were impossible, left me with the impression that a deal was in the works, wrong. They gave me a final price after a number of unsatisfactory phone calls to think over and when I called back to accept the salesman in a very cavalier and uncaring manner said they had sold the vehicle shortly after phoning me. I will never return or recommend this dealership to anyone.

Saw an ad online for a truck that interested me, so I drove from Calgary all the way up to see it. The numbers didnt quite work for my situation and I ended up not buying. However, Nick Hunter worked his tail off to help me out even though I didnt buy. At no time did I feel pressured to buy and all of my questions and concerns were addressed professionally and quickly. Cam Clark in Olds will be my first choice to buy next time Im looking. If youre looking for a Ford, this dealership is well worth the drive!

Last fall I purchased my first ever pick-up. Truth be told I had only ever driven a truck once before, and then for only an hour. I did have a new sales rep, and Mike (Sales Manager) shadowed the transaction. I LOVE my new truck. As with any new car purchase I have a couple of minor issues after delivery. Wayne and the service team have treated me exceptionally well. I would recommend anyone to Cam Clark Olds, its great to see that the attention to customers needs continues after the sale is complete.

I was very impressed with the service and knowledge I received from Nick Hunter at Olds. He sold me a vehicle and answered all my up front questions. He was very available to reach when I needed to talk to him prior to picking up my new car. The finance guy , Robin Brooke (the ones I always dread) was a very pleasant surprise. He was very personable, approachable and never once did I feel intimidated . He also listened to my needs and provided the information I asked for. A very enjoyable experience.

I had a great experience with this dealership, and personally recommend it as well. Nick Hunter (Salesman) assisted me when ever I needed it, A for effort. Ive read the poor reviews at this dealership as well, keep in mind that not everything is perfect. But this dealership and its staff, strive to do thier best in helping you the most they can. Regardless of a few bad icidents, Id say thier track record is amazing. Keep up the good service Ford!

Called to book a service on my F150 and I was available to come down same day and could be down there between 45mins to an hour. I was told they were wide open with a few technicians free and avail. Got there within the time frame and was told the wait would be over an hour before theyd start the service because theyre busy! Thanks for wasting my time; could you not have reserved/booked an appointment for a customer?... poor service
