Tried to buy a speaker that had a price tag 30% lower than competitors. Got to checkout and was informed that the tag was for an older model, despite the store no longer carrying that model. On top of that the tag was not on a random shelf but was in fact on a specific display in the middle of the sales floor and was just for the new version of the speaker. There is simply no way they put together the entire display and then put the old tag on the brand new display by accident, especially considering they havent sold the old speaker for months now! The display is not brand new and these speakers have been on sale for more than half a year, so i am sure that i am not the first person to try and buy the speaker at this price, meaning they are probably fully aware of the wrong price tag! This is called a bait and switch and is illegal! Despite Staples and Best Buy honouring misplaced tags Visions did not, and beyond that the staff were unhelpful and the guy who rang me up was very rude and didnt even offer a small discount but basically just said I should have read the tag more thoroughly... FYI the difference in tags were literally "sonosplayfive" (old version) and "playfive" (new version), although he didnt print a new tag to prove that to me, I just had to take his word for it. I have never written a bad review before but this was just disgraceful and simply put the worst shopping experience I have ever had! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

AWESOME POSITIVE EXPERIENCES AT THIS LETHBRIDGE VISIONS LOCATION! Over the past 5-ish years I have bought about a dozen items from Visions (Lethbridge). I have always been impressed by the knowledge of their sales staff and their patience with my technological ignorance. They also have been very patient with my pickiness in wanting a quality product with many features while also wanting that high-end quality product to be cheap (cost-effective). Bottom line: excellent service, top quality, and the best prices available are all that I have ever experienced at this Visions. Whether it was the new (at the time) Sharp Aquos flatscreen 50" or more recently a 55" Panasonic, Garmin running gear, a car stereo, or cables to hook my laptop up to my TVs; they had the lowest prices on their TVs, were always knowledgeable, and always friendly. Lastly, if they didnt know an answer they didnt pretend that they did and give me incorrect information -- they admitted they werent 100% certain, went and found out the answers, and then they shared the correct information. This refreshing honesty and not pretending is exactly how I would want my sales staff to engage with my customers. I highly recommend this Visions location (I always recommend them to my family and friends, and now I am recommending them to you too).

I will never give visions my money again! I wanted to return a laptop that was not up to par with my needs and the store manager Aaron Latham argued with me that he did not believe that this was the reason I wanted to return this sub par device! He was very rude and arrogant and sarcastically questioned my intentions as well as my computer knowledge, He said the best he could do was an in store credit due to the box being opened, I then explained to him that it was an open box sale so I should not be held accountable for this term of the return policy. I will also be calling head office tomorrow to point out that there competitors offer no hassle customer satisfaction return policy on ALL items!! VERY VERY bad service and VERY poor customer service on the part of the manager.

****************************************** Absolute joke of a store . Had an audio deck purchased in mid December as Xmas gift, install/parts/product was all paid for that day and a date was set for install on Dec 31. Showed up on said day and was told my specific parts (dash/electrical) for the deck with my name on them were taken out from under me by a salesman who "couldnt be identified by them" to obviously make a quick sale. I swallow my words and am told to wait for my new parts to come in and they will be put in as soon as they do, a week and half later, they do, then when I call in to schedule a new install date Im told it will be at least 10 days....... After THEY screwed up and sold my stuff. Unbelievable. Do not shop there. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Arrogant sales staff. Attended the store to arrange for the VIPER alarm installers to adjust the settings on my VIPER 5901 purchased from them (as I was told previously was necessary). The salespeople (two) were condescending and unhelpful and without checking, they pretended to know what they were talking about as they sent me to adjust myself "using my manual." I called later to talk to confirm with the installers only to be put on hold for literally 20 minutes by the sales staff; who again were unhelpful. SUMMARY: If they realize they cant sell you something gaining them a commission, they are NOT interested in SERVICE!

I went in with my son with a specific product and supporting 3rd party software. Had already done the research. Basically just needed minimal service to find the product and purchase them. Was ignored by 4 floor representatives. Finally made eye contact with one and his floor buddy tapped his arm and told him not to bother with me, I was a time waster. Only one who wasted time was me going into that store. Items purchased online - $198.45 - supporting software - 129.99 shipping FREE!!!!! Hassle and inconvenience with shopping online.. NONE!!! I went right to the products online page and bought there.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I went in to get a NEW tablet and they gave me a USED/RETURNED device that still had the previous owners picture and information on it.... The least they couldve have done, not only for myself but also the previous owner, was wipe the data and reset the device to factory settings BEFORE selling it to another person. The sales associate didnt even bother telling us that the device was used or even the password to log in, in fact, she got us out of there as fast as she could and now I can see why... This is just pathetic. I am never doing business here ever again.

I am just posting this so that others might not have the same experience I have had. I purchased an extended warranty on a product three years ago that has come due. I was told by the salesperson at the time of purchase that I would get a full refund on the warranty amount as store credit if there were no warranty issues by the end of the 3 years. Please be aware they do not tell you, when you purchase the warranty, you are required to make a purchase TWICE the amount of the credit in order to use the credit.

Excellent customer service! I had seen a sound bar on their website advertised at a discount. I went to Visions and they found the same one and matched the website price. When I took it home I had difficulty getting it to work. When I phoned, the staff were polite, helpful and patient with me. When I brought the product back a few hours later, I was helped immediately. Kelly was great! Solved my problem in seconds and did it with a smile. I will definitely shop there again!
