Recently bought a 2017 STi from Lethbridge Subaru - Johnny Vo. I lived in Calgary, after a long bargain and huge disappointments from ALL Subaru in Calgary. I made a phone call to Lethbridges Subie, quickly book an appointment and met Johnny. At first, I still doubt should I drive all the way to the south to just meet and see the STi....Once I arrived, the Sti had been washed and parked next to the door. Johnny invited me to test drive the exactly same one Im interested in, and I do note him Im new to a manual transmission. He explained all the features in the car and drove to an open lot/ circle drive to let me test the car in a safe environment. Afterward, we just make the deal. Do the trade in and down payment on the same day. He is very nice to offer free delivery from Lethbridge all the way to Calgary!! So on the delivery day, I just wait at home (apparently he arrived earlier with a full tank of gas). Explained all the papers come with the car; hand me the keys!! What a happy deal. He surprised me with a free paint pen :) Since the car was brought to shop for 3M ( provided from the dealer) so I just waited for 4 businesses days. The services no end there, he does reply me all the text message regarding all the questions on the car and some suggestions on what parts I should order and introduce me to Trend who worked at Parts department. Talking about Trend, quick! that the only word. Fast reply email with all the price and fees. He made order quick and reship to Calgary ONCE it arrived their shop,, Guys (especially to Calgarian ), if those 2 local dealership didnt meet what you want/ or they broke their promised on deals. Go call Lethbridge dealership!!

I researched the Outback extensively before approaching any dealership. Among other things I liked what I was reading regarding its winter handling and overall safety. I then looked at dealership reviews. While I generally consider reviews with a grain of salt I was impressed with the high ratings customers had given Subaru of Lethbridge. As I dont live in the area I called first and enjoyed a couple of good conversations with Jon Ford. I appreciated that Jon listened to me. I sensed that he was more interested in matching me with the right product than in "selling" me something. As it turned out I became distracted by a quality pre-owned vehicle in inventory of a different brand, very suited to my long daily commute. On site, while Jon was engaged with other customers, my wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism of Joe Kadezabek who pitch-hitted for Jon until he could become available. He graciously accommodated a test drive in the vehicle of interest and helped us become familiar with all aspects of it. In this we sensed a co-operative spirit of team play among sales staff. We really appreciated that. We were dealt fairly by Jon during the negotiation process and believe our purchase price reflected good value. As it happened to be a very busy time for us we requested delivery which Jon accommodated personally. We certainly enjoyed dealing with Jon and getting to know him personally. He is a young man with a bright future. A gentleman and a scholar (literally). Buying a Volkswagen at a Subaru dealership from a guy named Ford is an unlikely story, yet true, and we couldnt be happier. Jim Unterschultz Black Diamond, AB

My son and I had an awful experience with Calgary Subaru this past week while trying to buy a WRX Sport Tech. So I decided to e-mail Subaru Lethbridge and inquire for some info. A sale consultant (Johnny Vo) at Subaru Lethbridge replied to my e-mail the very next day. He has been so quick in responding, so caring, professional, genuine and knowledgeable that we decided to give Subaru vehicles one more try. So we went to Centaur Subaru in Calgary South and purchased the one Subaru WRX Sport Tech that they had. Unfortunately there was none available in Lethbridge and my son couldnt wait 3-4 months. Total final price came to be little bit more than 45K. We closed the deal there with no hesitation. I felt quite uncomfortable and unease to return to the Calgary Subaru NE location even though they kept calling my son back and offered him a better value. We felt that saving a couple of $1000 with Subaru Calgary NE not worth losing our dignity. As for buying a Subaru Forester for myself, I will wait for weather condition to improve and then I will go to Lethbridge. I truly believe Johnny in Subaru Lethbridge well deserves a sale-deal for being so fantastic, kind and helpful… Surely Daryn from Subaru Calgary can benefit taking some lessons about proper customer service manners and appropriate client –relations from Johnny Vo. Thank you Johnny for being so great and genuine.

I was facing needing to buy a car in a very short time period (1 week). By quickly asking around this dealership and the Subaru cars were mentioned to me by many people. I didnt know anything about Subaru cars so did some research online and was amazed by what I read on reliability and how happy others were with theirs. We visited the dealership numerous times that week and were always treated fairly, patiently and not pressured at all, even though I was uncertain of what I wanted and had a very short time limit. When I finally picked the Subaru that met my needs best, the staff worked hard and helped me to get all the paperwork and everything in order in a very quick timeline. I was introduced to all the staff and everyone was so friendly, and it truly felt like being a part of a family. In the week that I have had my car I have had so many comments on how lucky I am to have a Subaru and how happy I will be with it! Wish I had switched to Subaru sooner as I am very happy with the car I chose, the price was excellent and there was no pressure or hard sell to add things I didnt want or need when I was purchasing, and Im excited about the great warranty and people I will have on my side by choosing this company to buy from. Was looking for a new (used) Forester. Had been to dealers in Calgary where I was less than impressed. Stock never in that was advertised and shifty salesmen with no paper work on the rating of the cars. My experience from first walking in the door was so positive at Subaru of Lethbridge. I had chatted briefly with Melissa online who let the team know I was driving up from Calgary. Johnny Vo sales was introduced to me and from there he showed me all the vehicles which I had seen online. He took the time to let me actually test drive the vehicles and see how they handle, etc. He explained absolutely everything. Purchase was made and the service did not end there. Financial Services (Dave Tamura) was also very helpful giving every option that was possible for new, used etc. deals as well as charts showing information needed to make decisions. So I bought my wonderful new to me Forester and the service didnt end there. Johnny went through every part of the vehicle taking the time to explain all of the new gadgets to myself and also showing me at my request how to check my oil! I highly recommend people making the short drive to Lethbridge for great service and a huge selection of new and used vehicles. Gayle Quilichini
